400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Absolutely Perfect

Everything about this place was perfect!! Very nice furnishings, very clean, easy parking, and the location couldn’t be any better. We were able to walk to restaurants, candy store, and the park with our daughter. Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect location

The condo was great. Walk out of the back parking lot and the village is steps away. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed if cooking in, great big balcony for relaxing, toiletries were provided. The pool area was nice, chairs and a grill if needed,we didn't swim because it was a bit chilly. Master bedroom was really big and had a huge closet. The kitchen was just beautiful, and living room had ample seating for several people to be comfortable.

It was in good shape, minor things needing repair. There was no manager on the premises while we were there. But our representative, Alex, always replied by text in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay.
