LAYOUT: Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom featuring a brand-new king bed, closet, coastal feel and Smart TV, along with the second bedroom and full bath. The nautical themed second bedroom offers twin beds and a TV—perfect for kids or friends traveling together.
Downstairs, enjoy a comfortable living area, sofa, large TV, full kitchen, along with a second half bathroom for added convenience. The condo is equipped with air conditioning and heating throughout to keep you comfortable year-round.
The home is well stocked to make your stay easy and enjoyable, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a private patio, dedicated parking space, and a fully equipped kitchen with typical appliances, blender, toaster oven, Keurig, traditional coffee makers, and more.
LOCATION: For children, enjoy the public pool with slides, Neptune playground, the library, and sweet shops just a few minutes’ walk down Mallery towards the SSI Pier.
