Located in Royal Oaks neighborhood 1 mile from I-85 and 2 miles from Atrium Health Cabarrus. The primary bedroom has a king bed, room darkening shades, and a white noise machine. Each bedroom has a luggage rack, closet, chest, and hangers. Extra pillows and linens are provided along with starter supplies of paper products and soap. There is a deck overlooking the fenced back yard great for morning coffee or grilling. The front porch rocking chairs make this Kannapolis home a favorite.

We love the Kannapolis home because of its bright and cheery sun lit rooms. And the neighborhood is great. But our favorite is the front porch rocking chairs.

Why they chose this property

This sweet mid-century mill house offers so much more than an extended stay hotel could ever offer. Three bedrooms, a full-size kitchen, living room and dining area give you plenty of indoor space and you can relax outside on the back deck or the sunny front porch. There is enough drive way parking for three cars. It's centrally located near I-85 and I-485 and local shopping, entertainment, dining and hospitals are just a few minutes away.
