Ride the wave into White Caps 403! If you're looking for the retreat of your dreams, put the map down and search no further!

Please be advised that starting Thursday (5-2-2024) contractors will begin replacing the falling down fencing in the outdoor pool area. The outdoor pool area WILL REMAIN OPEN, as they should be able to get the job completed without inconveniencing anyone. They may have to close off one side of the walkway at a time but there will be one entrance to the outdoor pool area open at all times.

Oh, what a view! A stunning panorama of water, sand and sun greets you from the balcony at White Caps 403. Lounge on the modern outdoor patio furniture while gulls soar and dive along the shore.
Stroll back through the immense sliding glass doors into the living area. Enjoy the natural light from the windows on the expansive leather sectional. The rich chocolate hues throughout and jute area rug add to the overall outdoorsy feel inside. There is a mounted flat screen television above a wooden entertainment cabinet.
Just off the living room is a cozy dining area. There is a dining table with seating for four and a beautiful matching hutch. If you need more seating, there are two additional bar chairs at the kitchen bar nook.
The warm toned, fully equipped kitchen is jam packed with all the amenities a cook could need! It is fitted with built-in stainless-steel appliances, ample cabinet storage and counter space. There is also a center island for meal prep.
Next to the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Step into the master bedroom and experience true comfort. There is a plush king-sized bed with matching nightstands and coordinating lamps. Take in an afternoon show on the mounted flat screen television from the luxury of the bed. There is a dresser and mirrored closet for all your storage needs. The ensuite master bathroom features a spacious vanity countertop and a tub and shower combination.
The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, nightstand and lamp, full-length mirrored closet, five-drawer dresser and mounted flat screen television.
Between the two guest rooms is a shared guest bathroom with a one-sink vanity and tub and shower combination.
The second angler-themed guest bedroom has two full-sized beds with shared nightstand and lamp, mirrored closet and mounted flat screen television.
Dip your toes into the pool, take a stroll on the sand, play a game of tennis or simply relax with some beach fishing. All these activities await you at White Caps 403!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _2 Parking Passes__ Are included in the reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Property management was great. The condo was clean. Balcony furniture was great but indoor furniture needs updating. Very dark and bulky. Not beachy feeling. Interior felt dark. White Caps was a nice facility.

Highly recommend and would stay here again.
Stayed for a week long family vacation. Positives: Balcony is wonderful- amazing views and spacious area with excellent Trex furniture: table with chairs, couch, and lounger. Spent lots of time out there. Three bedrooms- all with tons of storage space in closets, dresser and bed side table. Full size washer and dryer. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cookware, pots and pans making it easy to cook meals. Very spacious living and dining area. Beds were very comfortable with good mattresses. Showers have high flow of water, drain well, removable shower heads, expanded shower rod which increases the shower space. Great parking, never had any problems with finding a spot and they provide parking passes for 2 cars. Nice pool area with easy beach access. Negatives: This is a non smoking complex but someone in another room was smoking on their balcony which made it unpleasant to sit outside. Some people have no respect for well appointed rules. But this is no fault of the condo owners. Bathroom’s are small but this is to be expected since there is a 3rd bedroom. It’s a good trade off. WiFi speed slow which made it very difficult to stream movies or use it for anything else. No USB charging ports on outlets. This would be something that could very easily added to each room and make it a benefit for renters. This is our third year at Orange Beach and by far this is the best condo we have stayed in. Definitely would rent here again!
