Other things to note: There will be an added fee for the heated pool if you’re visiting in the cooler
months or just want the pool a bit warmer. Please ask ahead of time as it takes time to heat up.
Also, there is a mandatory rental agreement to be signed for the booking.

We welcome up to 2 pets with a $150 pet fee per stay. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience.

**Guests booking our combo listing can exclusively enjoy a private pier. When booked separately, the pier is shared among the two houses.
