Convenience and comfort are the keys to this property which is Ocean Block, just steps from the boardwalk and beach! You can walk anywhere in Rehoboth within moments from this spacious rental home.

The First floor has a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed/TV. Adjoining bathroom that features a walk in shower, elevated toilet, and WIFI exhaust system. This room is convenient for those who prefer not to use stairs.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen.

Private parking includes 3 off street parking spots. An outdoor shower makes it easy to remove sand conveniently and swiftly before entering the home. Built in Park Like Grill and Barrel Grill to accommodate your grilling.

The second floor boasts a Master Suite with a King Bed/TV and own bath. Room 3 includes a California Bunk Bed (single on the top/full in the middle AND trundle). Hall bath #1. Room 4 has 2 double beds/TV and Views of the Ocean. Room 5 has a Double Bunk Bed on Top and Bottom. Both rooms share the hall bath #2.

Third floor features a Master Suite with a King Bed/TV huge walk in closet double bowl sink with a walk in shower. Slider to the deck.

Third floor incorporates a wet bar with a small fridge, Keurig, microwave and seating for cocktails. Relax on the top floor deck featuring a gazebo for shade or lounge chairs to soak in the sun and read a good book while viewing the ocean a short distance away.

Guests ARE required to provide their own towels, linens, paper products and soaps. Trash bags, sink and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent/dryer sheets will be provided. Please contact the owner for a list of Rental Companies that can supply conveniences for your stay.

***SUMMER RENTAL SEASON STARTS IN JUNE until Labor Day Weekend. The Villa will ONLY be RENTED SATURDAY TO SATURDAY!

NO Cancellation RENTAL. VRBO Does Offer Insurance for your stay; please inquire with them.

The Villa will be Cleaned and Disinfected weekly. Plus supplied with cleaning products for your weekly use.

The house was great and the location was incredible. It was terrific having two refrigerators in the kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent. Room descriptions were accurate. We had a wonderful family gathering from 1 year old to 82. Thank you.

Great location to the beach and boardwalk which was the major attraction. The roof top area was great for morning coffee and conversations.However the unit is dated in terms of furnishings. All the beds need to be replaced with new mattresses in every room. No one got a good night sleep. The furniture in the family room needs updating as well. The two swivel chairs need to be scrapped and replaced.The owner was very good with communications and is aware of the issues written in this review. I would ask about the mattresses being updated before renting here!

We appreciate hearing our guests' opinions and always strive to provide prompt, courteous communication. During your stay, we discussed your comments regarding the mattresses and furnishings. We explained that mattress comfort is highly subjective and varies from person to person. This is the first time we have received a complaint about the mattresses, and the first-floor mattress was replaced just last year. While furnishing preferences also vary, our family room furniture was updated several years ago, and that area of the home was completely repainted in 2022. In addition, the entire first floor—including the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom—was fully renovated in 2022 as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the home for our guests. We appreciate all constructive feedback and continually invest in the property to provide a comfortable, enjoyable vacation experience. Thank you for staying with us, and we wish you all the best.

This spot was conveniently located steps away from the beach and great places to eat and had ample parking for multiple vehicles. It was exactly what we were looking for for a holiday weekend getaway!

Excellent location - and lot's of space

We had a group of 10 and the house was set up very well for everyone. The location can't be beat - just a few blocks from the beach and 3 reserved parking spots right behind the home. Excellent stay all around.

Everyone in our group loved this beautiful home and said they want to come back for another visit. The layout of the place was perfect, with a large family room, kitchen, and bedroom on first floor, more spacious bedrooms on the second and third floors, and a small kitchenette just inside of an awesome balcony also on the third floor (this is where my spouse and I enjoyed our coffee every morning).The house was clean and spotless when we got there and the interior decorating was beautiful, warm, and inviting. There were ample parking spaces in back of the house, which made loading/unloading vehicles a breeze. Best of all, the location of this place is only about a 2 - 3 minute walk from the boardwalk.Lastly, the host was amazing. Nearly everytime I texted with a question the response was within a few minutes. The host was very accommodating and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Based on the feedback from everyone in our group, we will definitely try to book this home again when we return to Rehoboth Beach!

Great place to stay

Great location, only 1/2 block from beach. Very spacious and well furnished. Comes with free wifi and both cable TV and streaming. Highly recommend the property.

Summer Beach week

Beautiful and huge house with plenty of room for multiple families. Loved how close it was to the beach, the boardwalk and all the restaurants and activities. Barbra was wonderful and even let us know about local activities during the week that were fabulous! Highly recommend!!
