Great location, super cute, very spacious, dog friendly, would definitely stay again. A true beach cottage, so close to the beach you can walk to all restaurants and bars perfect place!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay! My wife had a surgery at Baptist Hospital near there and we were fortunate to find this local home within minutes of the surgery center. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean too! Coco, the host, was easy to communicate with and she helped in the check in and check out too. We didn’t have any issues outside of that, which is the way you always want a to be!The home is pet friendly and we are happy with all the thoughtfulness that were given by the hosts. The home is located in a nice area that is easy to find most everything close for our needs. We hope to stay here in the future! Thanks again!!Dave and Barb and Molly

Short drive to the beach

My family of 4 plus a pet had a great stay. We enjoyed a very short drive to the beach and was also close to a local park which was great for the kids.

Problem free and relaxing

Wonderful and relaxing stay just 3/4 of a mile from the beach. Everything was super clean and recently updated. We would definitely go back for another stay!

This stay was a beautiful kept well house in a great location. The property management were great with communication got back to any email asap. Highly recommend to stay here

Home away from home

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and had family over, as well. Very nicely decorated house and very comfortable bed! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights with a dog. The house was perfect and I can't complain about anything. We were here for a medical reason but did frequent the restaurants here and we were not disappointed. The bed was comfortable and the house had two sitting rooms with tv's. House was spacious and kitchen had everything you needed. Our dog loved the backyard and was a perfect size for her energy. We drove around and also went down to explore the beach. Jacksonville is a beautiful town. We will be back and definitely this is the place to stay in Jacksonville. Thank you for being such great hosts.

The house was a beautiful renovated home just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and the short drive to restaurants and shopping.

Practically perfect in all the right ways!

Coco and CJ were excellent hosts and the renovation they did was super cute and modern. Very clean and close to the beach! Perfect for families with pets! We will stay again when able!

We stayed here for over a month while our house was under construction. It was clean, is in a great location, and had all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. Communication was great and the back yard was perfect for our pups. The outdoor shower was perfect after a beach day! Highly recommend staying here for vacation or if your like us and needed a home away from home.

Beautiful House

One feels at home since it has what is necessary such as coffee, soap in the bathroom, to wash, it only needs a repair on a hand door but everything else is fine. It is a nice place to spend with family

Very nice and very clean.

Enjoyed coming back to the house after long days at Mayo Clinic. Everything was nice and cozy. The host had coffee and tea and plenty of kitchen essentials. Yes I would love to stay again.

We had an amazing stay and will be back!

We stayed here for about a month it was perfect for our family of 5 (12,10 and 1 year old children in tow) there was towels, soft bedding, a pack and play. Everything we needed for cooking. We could stroller over to the beach or run to the beach and grab a Starbucks and walk back the house was decorated like a Pinterest board and the owners were so communicative and kind. We will definitely stay with them again in the future we’d like to make it an annual tradition!

Adorable home

We came into town for the George strait and Chris Stapleton concert. This home is about a 30-40 min drive to the stadium, which was fine for us because we preferred being closer to the beach. It’s a quick drive to the beach, several coffee shops and restaurants. Only 10 mins from Neptune beach and lots of boutique shopping. The house was cuter than the photos. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a pet-friendly home near the beach for a low key family getaway. This was a great location, well-kept home with everything we needed. Would definitely stay with this host again - accurate description and reasonably priced.
