Location location location! Perfect for couples or families. Located within walking distance of shops, activities, beaches, and amazing restaurants. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a perfect pick! Whether you’re strolling to fantastic restaurants for dinner or drinks or enjoying a sunset view from the lanai, you’re sure to enjoy the big island experience. Our place is perfect for people who want the proximity of the ocean, beach, shops and restaurants where the aloha spirit is in walking distance. Sound travels easily in the building so we ask that your parties stay in the bar or at the beach. It is on the third floor and there is an elevator but it is 3 steps to the ground floor. PLEASE NOTE! The building sits back slightly from the downtown giving it a quiet environment that the residents embrace.
Do not book this property if you intend to bring the party back to this place as there are families with children in nearby units. There are strict measures for violations. Thank you

Great location for the price! I know it’s a weird thing to comment on, but I was really impressed by the amount of toiletries in the bathrooms. They really think of anything you might have forgotten, which came across as very thoughtful. Lots of amenities, including beach equipment, etc.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to the downtown area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has a nice little balcony to sit out on. Beds were comfortable. Nice toiletries in the bathrooms. Having 2 bedrooms and baths was perfect for two friends traveling. The location is perfect, just a block or two from the main street running along the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and historical sites. Easy parking for our rental. Elevator. Would be happy to stay here again.

What a fantastic find! Location is amazing, the neighborhood rooster makes sure you’re up early to enjoy all there is to do. Lots of space (4 adults slept comfortably) and a beautiful view. Even saw a whale breach from the balcony. I will stay here again if it’s available next time we’re on the island!!

The location was the best part plus the parking and elevator access. For us no air conditioning in the living area made it humid and uncomfortable since we are from the north and not used to it. Also couldn't figure out how to close the louver windows. Suggest another portable unit for the living room. Use a piece of plywood with a hole and close it in the sliding door.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. I would have given it more than 5 stars in all areas! Super clean, super comfortable and a perfect location. The space had everything you would need for your stay - lots of beach toys and a well equipped kitchen. We were able to walk to dinner while there, which is a plus. I highly recommend staying here!
