This beautiful island home is situated right on the waters of Estero Bay, and is only a 10 minute walk from Beach Access #11. Not to mention the private heated pool along the waterside as well!
The moment you walk through the door you are greeted with the stunning expansive views of the bay. The main living area has plenty of space for gathering, and a lovely desk space for those working from home. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home is the perfect location for a family getaway. There is 1 king, 2 queen, and 4 twin beds allowing up to 10 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
For security purposes, there are cameras on the exterior of this home.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
This unit is pet-friendly for small non-shedding dogs, with a 2 pet limit. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
