There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other a shower and bath combo making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Enjoy our beautiful, light and airy kitchen to prepare meals with your friends and family. You can relax with your coffee on the back balcony overlooking the pool and canal. With air conditioning and heating on both levels, the house stays comfortable year-round. The house has a large private pool and hot tub combination as well as a dock and huge paved patio to sit outside and enjoy the view and weather. There is a large outdoor sectional with two tables & two end tables that are also coolers. There is additional seats around the pool to relax in. If you are lucky, Dolphins and particularly Manatees can be found swimming in the canal. We are located 15 minutes by car to multiple beaches, 25 minutes to Naples, 5 minutes from Coconut Mall and grocery shopping.
