This comfortable updated home offers a convenient floor plan that can accommodate 6 people with 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) plus a den and 2.5 baths. Outside you will find your own private heated pool set amidst lush tropical landscaping with an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and fire pit. This home comes fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, smart tv's, wifi, beach chairs, pool floats, and beach towels.

We rent regularly on Sanibel, and this property is really outstanding. Lots of room in the house, the kitchen has everything you'd need, the location is really great (short drive to the lighthouse, to restaurants, and to shopping), and a short walk to the beach. And, plenty of secure storage for our bikes, etc., on the ground floor.Chip, who manages the property, was a gem. For example, when we arrived, the pool was not heated up to our liking. He had someone out working on it the same day we raised the concern, and checked with us regarding that issue a couple times during the first week of our month-long stay.The neighborhood is very quiet, and has people living there who are very nice and welcoming.You won't go wrong by renting this property.

Wonderful Property!

We were fortunate to be able to book this property for 2 months this year while our home was being remodeled. Very clean and appointed property with an excellent location. Easy on/off the island and short walking distance to several restaurants, as well as a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 3 of us (and guests that visited). Nice pool area out back. Would highly recommend staying here.

Pool water was really cold but we also had 2 days of cool weather too. Sadly the 2 brand new wicker chairs arrived in 2 boxes but were never put together during my 3 week stay. The ones left on the deck were falling apart. The house was spacious and had all the linens, towels and wash cloths needed along with beach towels. I needed to be available 2 mornings to let the plumber in to fix the running toilets. The kitchen cabinets could use a thorough cleaning on the doors and drawer fronts. A decor refresh would also be nice. Chip, the property manager checked in frequently.

The minor plumbing service calls (just needed new flappers) were carefully coordinated and scheduled with the guest beforehand with her permission. The pool is heated, maintained, and kept at a comfortable temperature. The guest requested a higher temperature which we quickly and happily obliged. The 2 new outdoor wicker chairs required extensive assembly and we were at the mercy of the assembly team’s schedule. The chairs have since been assembled and replaced. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest and your comments have been relayed to our cleaners about the kitchen cabinets. We appreciate the feedback as we value our guests and are always aiming to improve their vacation experience! Thank you:)

Amazing Sanibel House

This is the best rental house we’ve ever stayed in for the past ten years at least. Location is top notch - less than a ten minute walk to the beach if you walk slowly. Short walk to Lighthouse Cafe (less than a mile if you cut through Beach Road) and easy bike ride to supermarket and other restaurants and stores. Property manager couldn’t be more responsive. Brand new king size bed and all beds very comfortable. Brand new huge washer and huge dryer. Sizable and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of extra sheets and towels. Outside sitting area is great with plenty of space to relax and eat and swim in the lovely heated pool- all screened in. Extra half bath is nice. We were here for a month and were able to arrange for extra cleaning during our stay.
