Stylish, spacious villa for 10 people in a prime location on Britannia Lake, dream view.

This high standard 5 bedroom (two king size, three queen size), 4 bathroom villa offers everything for a memorable holiday. Enjoy the expansive, breathtaking views of the water from the large sun deck with heated infinity pool and spa, or from the inviting veranda on the 2nd floor. Relax under the tiki hat on the boat dock for happy hour and watch the fish and dolphins. Early risers will be rewarded with unique sunrises over the lake. By boat you can reach the river in 20 minutes (without lock), the marina, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The same applies to a large selection of golf courses and the tropical islands of Sanibel and Captiva. The house has full entertainment electronics including free wireless internet access, each bedroom is equipped with a TV. On the terrace is a large Webergrill available.

The indicated rental price / day is valid for 4 persons. In addition, each extra person counts € 15 / day. Children up to 6 years are free.

In the two weeks before and after Christmas and Easter there is a surcharge of 20%.

Power consumption is charged separately at $ 0.13 / kWh. The landlord pays $ 5 / day for the basic consumption of electricity. The electricity consumption will be charged with the refundable deposit.

Wonderful house!

My sister and I, together with our families (five adults and two children) spent two weeks in this wonderful house. It has everything you need and the location is perfect! We really enjoyed the pool area and having breakfast down by the boat dock. Would love to come back someday and I can really recommend this rental for anyone looking for a house in this area.

Stayed for only a few days - the house is very nice and spacious. Should also say very clean and furnishings are nice. My kids loves the tv room couches. Everything you need is within a few miles drive The neighborhood is nice for walking Would stay again

Wonderful home and area

Loved our stay here, home was delightful. We really enjoyed the pool and the careful placement of the outdoor screening on the cage...it made the views stunning. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pans, choices of pool tableware or china, same with the barware. Only one thing I would change a few of the bedrooms only have double beds and wish they were queens. We will book again!

Air flow wasn’t great in all rooms, master was huge but very warm- all beds extremely hard. May be good for some… over all the only complaint in our 8 person group was the stiffness of the beds and some rooms cool and others were very warm

Hi Lonna, thank you for your honest review. We are sorry you did not feel fully comfortable with the air-conditioning and beds in our house. We had a brand-new airconditioning system upstairs and downstairs installed two years ago and maybe the individual room settings need to be adjusted. We have chosen firm and certainly not the cheapest mattresses for our beds because we found that the majority of guests prefer this to soft ones which can wear down quickly. Very nice place.

Everything was very nice except the workings of the hot tub. Sometimes it was fine and other times it did not work. There should be explicit instructions for guests to follow because there were a number of buttons and settings but we were not sure when to use them.

Girls weekend

The property was amazing and we enjoyed our stay We did have an issue with the air conditioning upstairs which led to my sleeping on the couch for 2 nights prior to it being fixed!! This was a little upsetting given the amount of money I paid to stay there and no offer of a discount was given.

Summer family fun 2023

Overall our stay was enjoyable except for all the rain we had on the first day. We had ample room for the 8 of us. We did take our boat & were able to put it on the lift on the property. We visited the Wicked Dolphin rum distillery during our stay & made use of the boat to snorkel & swim in the Gulf of Mexico. All in all, the week went by quickly. I would recommend this property to others.

Golf trip

The home was very nice and accommodated 6 guys just fine. When the hot tub wasn't working, they sent someone out the next day and got it going. We rented a boat and parked it at the dock and that worked nicely. I would not recommend the area for golf, however. There were only a few public courses and they were underwhelming.

You won’t be disappointed!

It started with the view walking through the front door to the infinity pool and continuing on to the lake. Everything was as expected. The house was in great shape compared to all the damage we saw from Ian. The pool area was our go-to area everyday, all day. The fishing off the dock was good too. Beautiful balcony on the 2nd floor still inside the Lanai so late Nate’s with no bugs.

Absolutely beautiful view and wonderful stay!

What a perfect home for our family get-away! Walking into the front door said it all .... the view is absolutely spectacular. Great location, close to everything we could possibly need. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Our grandson enjoyed the fishing poles in the garage, and granddaughter used every single pool toy also in the garage for us. Ricarda, owner, and Bruno and Mary, Property Mgmt, were all very responsive to our needs. Thank you for an absolutely beautiful stay for our family. We will tell all of our friends about this little slice of heaven we found.

Family vacation

The overall appearance of the property was absolutely spectacular great location, large enough home for a family of 13. The pool was in fair condition. We found bits of metal fragments in the water and various pool toys that were housing magnets, attractive, small bits of metal of some sort don’t know what it was, but the pool needs to be cleaned up . in our departing, we were informed to strip the beds and leave them for the cleaning crew and stripping all of the beds. We found an enormous blood stain on one of the beds that we had no idea was there until we strip the beds that was a little frightening ,that’s what we slept on for an entire week. There are a few amenities that needed some explaining like the spa and pool lights that were sort of in front of us, but hidden at the same time, property manager came over explained everything we were up and running. Extremely comfortable, vicious, living space in the upper loft accommodated everyone the outside upper veranda, spectacular view fishing was plentiful. My grandson caught a stingray which we put back.

Nice house but beware of pool

We would have rated this higher had it not been for the pool issues. For the first 4 days of our stay, the pool would not heat up. We had no way of notifying anyone the first two days and the issue was not attended to the second two days. The property manager has no understanding of how the pool works and had to rely on a pool company who then still didn’t fix the overall issue. We chose this rental purely because of the pool and it was basically unusable our entire stay! We were disappointed with how the issue was addressed and not fixed by the property manager. Overall the property was nice but does need some TLC!

Hi Lindsay, thank you for your honest review. We are sorry that you could not use the pool for several days because the heating was playing up. Our property manager addressed the issue as fast as he could and informed the pool company straight away. This company has taken care of all issues regarding our pool for over ten years, they are usually very reliable and quick, so it was unfortunate that you had to wait several days for the repair work to be done. We were told that they had delivery problems with a part which was needed. We as owners living in Europe have not been able to travel to our house for two years due to closed borders as a result of Covid. Our property manager has done as much as he could to take care of our house during our long absence, oversee maintenance work and keep everything in good order for our tenants. We are planning to come to Cape Coral this Christmas and aim to continue maintaining a high standard of accommodation for our guests.
