The Suites at Lava Hot Springs offer beautifully remodeled, hotel-like accommodations in the heart of downtown Lava Hot Springs. Set in a charming historic building, our suites have been thoughtfully updated to provide modern comforts while preserving their unique character.

This cozy studio is designed for two guests and includes:

A comfortable queen-size bed
Cable TV for entertainment
A private bathroom
A mini fridge and microwave
A large walk in shower
Our prime location places you just steps away from Lava’s World-Famous Hot Pools, the Portneuf River for tubing, and the Olympic Pool & Water Park. You’ll also find a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars within a short 5-minute walk, making it easy to experience everything Lava has to offer.

Important Booking Information
After reserving your suite, you will receive an additional email from our booking platform, OwnerRez, to complete your rental agreement and secure a $200 hold for incidentals. This hold is released after 7 days, provided there are no issues.

Clean, neat, and new!! I do wish there were some rugs at the entry and a place to hang coats at the entry as well, considering the rain we experienced, but overall just lovely!

Great Room Bad Neighbors

The room was clean and looked exactly as advertised. Nice proximity to pools and food. Internet speed was unusable. Neighbors in same suites ruined the whole experience. One group consisted of what sounded like 15 college aged people shuffling between rooms, laughing, shouting, arguing and generally enjoying themselves in the hallway until maybe 2 or 3 in the morning. The next group was what sounded like maybe a family with kids practicing gymnastics and rearranging furniture in the room directly above ours. They woke us up around 7 the following morning. This miserable experience may not be in the owners control, I don't know. But it didn't seem like there was any form of "Hotel Management" present to enforce the quiet time.

We are a young family of 6. Our family has always enjoyed going on outdoor adventures. For the past few years we have explored various National Parks. Lava Hot Springs is one of the Hidden Gems that we fell in love with along the way.

Why they chose this property

Although being natives to southeast Idaho we didn't become enamored with Lava Hot Springs until searching for a family cabin. We happened to come across this building and thought it wasn't quite a cabin, but we could envision making and sharing many memories with our family and friends there. It hasn't disappointed :).

What makes this property unique

Our guests love how clean and tastefully decorated the suites are. Everything is walkable from our location. Multiple restaurants are within a block of this property.
