This Cape Coral house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed for a soothing night's sleep for all guests. The living room offers an additional queen bed ( air mattress). Features modern amenities like AC, WiFi, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, pool and all accessories to enjoy it, bath towel and sheets and beautiful back yard, ensuring a tranquily and enjoyable stay. Two bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. The house is cose to Publix, Wawa Gas Station, Walmart, Target and all type of Restaurants and fun outdoor places like Yacht Club if you want to enjoy the live music and the sunset. Also you can have fun close to the nature, visiting Four Mile Ecological Preserve, Sun Splash Water Park and the new Brightwatweter Lagoon, Sanibel and Captiva Beaches.

1- We are a very pet-friendly house and all guests must include their pets on the guest list. There is an area designated for them to play and potty.
2- No smoke at all inside the house (not even electronic cigarettes) 3- No diving/nailed in the pool. 4- Leave use clothes on the floor.
5- Clean the barbecue after use. 6- Take out the trash every day or before leaving.

The pet area was good for a big dog but I had a 5lb Chihuahua and she went under the gate. Rooms were clean and stocked bathrooms. It would be good to have a little laundry detergent to run a load.

Me and my crew (big group) enjoyed our stay. The home was nicely decorated, clean throughout & had plenty of space inside the home, & in the backyard. I’m picky about stains & I didn’t find any. (That was a plus). There were dishes to cook, soap in the dispensers and plenty of towels available for showers and the pool. The ac & the WiFi worked well. Yorlis was always a text away and she responded quickly. I will book this home again!
