Was a fantastic house, had all the amenities and communication with landlord was quick and helpful…. Good location and met the needs of the group.Only negative was that there are no screens on windows and we weren’t allowed to get any fresh air. The slider door was alarmed and not allowed to open windows.

The house was in a great location and was a great size for our group. We were somewhat disappointed in the lack of kitchen supplies - bowls, cheese grater, tin foil, plastic wrap. Usually, a prior guest leaves some of that behind.

Family was in town for a wedding. Being together was really nice. The house was clean and we experienced no problems. The bedroom were far enough apart and large enough that everyone has a bit of privacy. The only caution is for people with mobility issues -- there are a lot of steps!

Great house and neighborhood!

Family Wedding

Was a nice stay in a good house. Beds were comfortable and was in close proximity to family. Wish the Las Vegas ordinances on short term rentals were more lenient to allow more people to stay at the house as there was easily room for more than the 8 allowed.

Family Vegas Trip: Raiders v. Chiefs

We enjoyed our stay in Vegas at this property. It is really great for adult gatherings or multiple family members because all the rooms are separated in that gives privacy if you want to sleep late while others are gathering in the backyard, kitchen or game room. We were surprised the next morning after we arrived to see beautiful mountain views from the front yard. Great place, especially if you want a little distance from the strip. Enjoyed our stay and the host was great.

This property was great! There were three families, a total of 12 of us. There was plenty of room and each of us had a bed to sleep in. Enjoyed the pool and card tables. The center light over the family room was out and the sliding screen door in the back was a little off track. There weren't any bugs as mentioned in previous reviews and the frig was working fine. Beds were comfy, plenty of bath and pool towels and everything was very clean. We all agreed we would stay here again!

NOt as clean as expected

We were very disappointed with the condition of the home as it needed significant maintenance that photos didn’t reveal. The cozy rug shown under the TV room seating was missing, leaving a cold tile floor, which may have been better given the carpets throughout were filthy, with stains and worn dirt trails. The primary room jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work, there were no fans in the bathrooms, and the daily outside spa fee was frustrating since it took 30 minutes to heat up each time in the 40 - 50 degree wetaher, barely reached 101F, and we only got to use it once due to the delays. The plasma TVs in the bedrooms were small, had poor picture quality, and were awkwardly hung with exposed wires and a dangling router box. The living room ceiling also had a large water-damaged spot that appeared unstable. The back sliding door alarms were the most frustrating issue, going off every time the door opened unless bypassed within 10 seconds. No instructions were provided, leading us to think it was a security alarm. The loud, intrusive alarm was often triggered when multiple people used the door and were ironically louder than any noise we could have made—even if the spa had been usable during restricted hours (before 9 AM or after 10 PM). Overall, it seemed dirty and in disrepair. Otherwise, it could be a great place to be in the summer or with a large rowdy group. Not for a family gathering in town for a memorial service

This property is very tired looking on the inside. There is ample space with five bedrooms The bathrooms are very dated in the floors and tile are all quite worn and dirty looking. The kitchen doesn't have anything except salt and pepper. If you're going to furnish a pool table at least you can have two working and some billiard balls that were clean. Overall this is a three-star, very average beer property. Hope your expectations low and you will not be disappointed.
