3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

House issues

1. Pool heating charge without our knowledge before we reserved. 2. Dryer vent hose was on loose. Fixed it. 3. Kitchen and bathroom lights were flicked and poor quality. 4. Sofas are old and wear out. It was not comfortable for sitting. 5. Slide door blinds are loose and falling apart while opening and closing. 6. Kitchen faucet is loosing. 7. No ice maker available. Overall the place needs to check up for any house repairs periodically.

Great vacation home!

Wonderful location! We felt at home here. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed for our entire stay. The pool is a great way to relax after a long day at the parks. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Comfy Townhome

We really enjoyed staying here. It was spacious and it had everything we needed. The pool was great. The only criticism I have is some areas were not properly dusted. Other than that, I would definitely book it again.

Villa is nice, resort has been abandoned

The villa itself is very good, very clean & in a good location, beds were very soft was the only downside, small pool in the back is great . The resort that it is on has been deserted, the resort pools are filthy with most of the area left to rot. Over the Labour day weekend when a lot of the owners come down to the property the Staff played a game called let’s pretend that the resort isn’t in disrepair & bring out the new beds to convince people we actually do something. Over 2 and a half weeks we witnessed the pool cleaned once, for a grand total of 20 seconds. The management that run the actual villa (Vacasa) don’t want to know, first day we reported that the TV in the living room does not work and that the ice machine is broken, we still haven’t had a reply, yet they expect you to answer all their questionnaires. We stayed at this resort 3 years ago and it was good but now it’s has been totally abandoned, we will not return.
