Enjoy a peaceful stay in our beautiful brand new three story townhome. Located in a quiet neighborhood, central to many locations and 25 minutes north of Atlanta! Our spacious townhome provides a comfortable stay for larger group getaways.
The space
This is a 3 level townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Level 1: There are no stairs to access the first level. You may access the first level through the front door or the garage. The first level includes 2 guest bedrooms and 1 full bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a futon bed and backyard access. The backyard is not private.

Level 2: There is one stairway to the second level. The second level is bright and open. It includes a large and fully stocked kitchen, bar stools, and a dining area. There is access to a private balcony through the kitchen. The open area has a spacious living room with a comfy wrap around couch facing a curved tv. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and complimentary laundry detergent. There is also a half bath on the second level.

Level 3: There is one stairway to the third level. The top level is home to the owner’s suite with a comfortable king sized bed. It has a luxury bath offering a large shower, private restroom area, dual vanities, and a large walk-in closet.

Guest access
This is not a closed community. There is a private garage for one vehicle. The driveway also fits 2 vehicles. If needed, there are a few extra spots by the mailbox. The entrance to the home is a keypad. You are provided your individual code on the day of your booking.
