The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave ONLY the used towels and washcloths on the floor in the bathroom. You DO NOT need to strip the bed linens.
Be sure to leave the garage opener and spare key on the foyer table.
Please empty the trash in every room & refrigerator prior to departure. Do not put loose trash in the bins outside, use the trash bags provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking outside ONLY.You will be charged $250 if any evidence of smoking inside.Pet waste/butts not picked up will result in an add’l cleaning $50 fee
We have cleaners that are severely allergic to pet dander. Even if you’re bringing a service animal please let us know in advance.
NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS!Guests are the only ones permitted on the property. This will result in a $250 fine, your stay terminated and no refund given.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host truly went above and beyond for my wife’s birthday, providing thoughtful decorations that made the celebration incredibly special. The home was beautifully decorated and immediately felt welcoming with a lit fireplace. Every detail was thoughtfully provided - from the well-stocked kitchen and spacious garage to the large fenced yard perfect for our dog and the plush linens that made our stay extra comfortable. The host, Aneetra, was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, even when we needed to extend our visit unexpectedly. The location is ideal, with schools and grocery stores just minutes away. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
