"Newly built, spotless and perfectly located Brighton Guest House- main floor with 3 good sized bedrooms with private entrance. Main bedroom suite with private bathroom. Two other bedrooms share a full bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. Enjoy the outdoors with 2 decks for relaxation or enjoying nature. Area is set up with a 56in TV, and comfortable sofas. Washer and dryer in unit." Conveniently located. 5 minutes to downtown Brighton, 35 to Ann Arbor and Detroit.

Huge backyard for barbecues or relaxation.1 minute walk to the lake. We will provide tea and coffee. Includes full dishwasher, full sized stove/oven and a washer/dryer. Easy access to US 23, and Interstate 96.
