Barnes Landing mid-century deck house in the trees. This property lends itself to an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The lofty living area with floor-to-ceiling windows opens to a large deck. Mature landscaping and a stone patio surrounds a lovely heated pool. Enjoy a short walk to the private neighborhood association beach. Experience summer in the Springs the way it was meant to be. This artist's personal getaway is the perfect spot to relax and get inspired.
Minimum stay: 30 nights
May: $8,000
June: $20,000
July: $30,000
August through Labor Day: $35,000
September: $15,000
Tenant is liable for the following expenses:
Electric, Propane, Internet, Trash, Lawn Care, Pool Maintenance, Final Cleaning
A deposit (cleaning fee) will be required and final expenses will be deducted. Pool heat constitutes much of the cost.
