This newly renovated 4 bedroom 5 bathroom house sits on half of an acre of a beautifully landscaped property that sets the mood for any relaxing, yet fun and entertaining getaway. Brand new heated (in-season memorial day -laborday) gunite pool. Out of season heat may come at an additional charge for propane..
The Montauk Yacht Club, Crow's Nest, Gosman's Dock, and Montauk Downs are all less than 1 mile away. Ride a beach cruiser into Town or Ditch Plains beach in less than 15 minutes.

The home features a brand newly constructed mudroom, with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Additional new finished basement. There are 2 master bedrooms on each floor, both with granite top double sinks and jacuzzi bathtubs.

A brand new finished basement was just completed! This en-suite includes 2 Queen bunks, queen sofa bed, and a full bathroom, accompanied by a tv room and extra storage.

Our spacious and bright living room has beautiful cathedral ceilings with skylights and sliding glass doors opening up to the wrap around deck. A brand new large LED TV fully equipped with all high tech accessories. Gourmet cooks will enjoy our renovated kitchen and updated appliances, which also includes a Nespresso maker, direct access to a stainless steel BBQ just steps away on a new wrap around deck. The house also boasts another spacious living room with a TV and toys. Outdoor amenities include a brand new patio with outdoor TV & outdoor shower, dining table, lounge chairs, and a large sofa with oversized umbrella.

For the outdoor enthusiast, we have beach cruisers, sporting goods, 2 paddle boards, a children’s playground, and a brand new giant springless trampoline.

Our home is also a great escape for families with small children. Don't bother lugging along all of your gear! We have a pack n play, tampoline, toys and a playground! Please inquire for more details.

I have never stayed in a better rental than this one in Montauk. The pictures do not even do the property justice. It is a gorgeous home very close to everything in Montauk. Between the space, pool, host responsiveness, this was one of our most memorable trips. Will absolutely try to stay here again, I cannot recommend it enough. Worth every dollar

The only thing better than this stunning property was the incredible communication and support we received from the host. Cannot recommend this property highly enough — absolutely gorgeous house (the pictures don’t do it justice), fantastic experience renting from Charlie, and awesome location. House not prepped for rental - food left in fridge, toys everywhere, clothes in bathroom

We rented this house because it had a handicapped ramp. When we arrived in the rain with my husband in s wheelchair , we found that in order to get to the ramp - you need to navigate soft gravel driveway , grass in backyard , slates in backyard only to come ramp that is five inches from the ground. My brother in law and nephew needed to build a ramp out of slate and it took five of us to get him up the ramp. Then at the top of the ramp there is a sliding glass door with a big lip on the bottom. So my amputee husband had to stand holding onto the rail while we quickly brought his chair inside. It was very scary. I’m addition to that , the house was not prepped for a rental. Childrens toys and big toys were scattered all over the first floor. Food was left in the fridge and clothes were still in the bathroom. For Montauk prices , this was all unacceptable.

Spacious Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Charlie’s house. It had plenty of space for our large family with bathrooms for each bedroom and a two large living room areas. House was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The backyard and deck were perfect for spots to hangout and play games. Gossman’s dock was just a short bike ride away. The outdoor shower was also a big hit for our family!! I would definitely recommend and would love to rent again!

Spacious Oasis!

Spacious, beautiful home on a large semi-secluded lot. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which is a huge plus when travelling with a large group. Our group of 8 adults and three kids spent much of our time cooking on the grill and in the well-appointed kitchen. Like any good kitchen, this one also doubled as an excellent hang-out spot, as did the enormous upstairs deck and the fire pit in the backyard. This house is very well stocked for small kids (multiple cribs/pack n plays, changing table, tons of toys, etc.), while big kids will enjoy the proximity to the beach and all that Montauk has to offer. If you need any suggestions on what to do, just contact Charlie as he is a super-helpful and reaponsive host. Five stars!!!

Perfect setup and location

This place was the perfect set up and afforded everyone privacy with a great two story open plan. Clean and Very comfortable. Two beautiful huge decks. It is close to the light house, whale watching, beaches, great restaurants and town if you need a few things. Charlie is very accommodating with any needs. Will revisit again.

Great House!!

We had a great time. Charlie was very accommodating to our group (4 couples) and was more than happy to help when necessary. The layout essentially provides two different living spaces with both an upstairs and downstairs living room. The bottom floor has a small wet bar area where you can store additional drinks/food. Plenty of room for the crew! Would rent again.

Exceeded all Expectations!

Had a wonderful stay at this extremely spacious, well- kept home in Montauk. The house is set-back within a neighborhood, offering privacy, yet only minutes drive to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. In other words, the location has the best of both worlds and in of itself, top-notch. From a house and property perspective, the home was a perfect setting for my wife and I (sans children) to relax, but also believe it could be equally (if not more) fun for larger groups given the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, land--extremely accommodating. The yard was neatly manicured, while the interior offered a homey decor, nicely furnished and kept neat and clean--oh, and the beds were rather comfy! Cant wait to return!
