The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with a shower, deep tub and laundry area. The sliding doors from the kitchen/living area lead to stunning farm field views. Sunset over the pasture is always a treat.

The outdoor area has a swimming pool, shower, deck for outdoor dining, barbecue grill, and plenty of seating areas. The pristine views and closeness to the village make this the perfect spot. You can be home in tranquility, swimming in the ocean or visiting the Village, all within 10 minutes. The house is .04miles from the windmill. The village of East Hampton offers many beautiful concessions such as shopping, movies, theatre, nature preserves, parks, dining, and historic sights. Some of the best, are within a 10-20 minute walk from this home. The parks around the area are spectacular. This home is truly a gem.

Nice house, very well located

Nice house with very great outdoor. Well located, with the bikes, we can access the beaches, the city center and some restaurants very easily.

Amazing backyard space

This place was great all around, really nice open kitchen and sunset by the pool in the backyard was very serene; easy to get into town, the beach, Sag harbor, Amagansett, really great location within East Hampton

Backyard oasis

Cute, comfortable house that had everything we needed. And that yard! Even better than the photos. A private oasis that we thoroughly enjoyed and are already missing!

Wonderful escape!

The cottage was perfect for a long weekend getaway -- fully stocked with everything one could possibly need. Our daughter loved the pool, and we appreciated that the whole pool area is a thoughtfully-designed oasis. Town is easily walkable, but the bicycles made the trip even faster. We'd stay here again for sure.

Lovely Hamptons village spot

Cozy upper floor of duplex with private pool and nice landscaping. Car noise is significant when outside because it’s at a busy intersection. Tight for 4; perfect for 2-3. Very convenient to East Hampton

Overall stay was great! The space was nice and location was great for our long weekend. I do wish it stated in the listing prior to booking that it was a split level house and that we'd be staying ontop of someone who lives there. We saw it was a split in the detailed instructions we got AFTER booking. Although we had our own entrance, we utilized the same parking space and it kept us a bit on edge about how much noise we were making with the toddlers we had as part of our group.

Heaven in the Hamptons

This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!

Slice of heaven

What more can one want? The backyard is stunning and incredibly peaceful. I swam laps and floated in the pool everyday. House is open and bright, but also very warm and welcoming. Location is clutch, I biked everywhere— farm s markets, beach, restaurants. Tamara, thank you for the perfect little getaway. I hope to be a return visitor ✨🙏🏻✨

Relaxed Hamptons Cottage

This property has absolutely everything you need for a beautiful, yet unpretentious getaway- well equipped kitchen, gorgeous pool, barbecue, beach towels/chairs/bikes, etc. Very warm and communicative owner, simple check-in and check-out process. The location cannot be beat- close enough to town and quick bike ride to the beach. We would absolutely rent this place again. Thank you for our quick summer respite out of the city, Tamara!

Summer week in E Hampton

A most enjoyable stay for three person family. Lovely pool, big kitchen, large back yard. Beach parking is a pain but the car/bike commute is about 20 mins. If you need to shop at Valentino and Gucci, five minute drive. Tamara a very responsive host.

Tranquility in the Hamptons

The perfect setting for a vacation for our family of four. The house was spotless and comfortable. The pool/bbq/open area was private and inviting. The owner was very attentive and her communication was superb. We had a great visit.

Great Location in East Hampton

The house is in a perfect location. Easy walk to the village. The house comes with two bikes so we would drive to the beach and drop off an adult and the kids with all of the gear and then the driver would drop the car at the house and ride to the beach. The pool is lovely and the house is airy and the kitchen is fully stocked. The outdoor shower was great. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Charming beach oasis

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here! The open layout of the kitchen/living area was bright and comfortable and inviting. The pool and deck just outside with lounge chairs and grill looked out onto a serene view of farmland. The 2 bikes provided were perfect for the easy ride to the fantastic beach. The host was so helpful and responded to all our questions immediately. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Very nice and cozy. It was a perfect post-quarantine getaway. The place was immaculate.

Awesome location! 3 minutes to Balsam Farms. 3 minutes to Main Street. Amazing host. Responded within minutes to every question. My son is on the spectrum and all he wanted to do was swim in the pool. My daughter made daily trips with us to Scoop Du Jour for cotton candy ice cream. My wife just wanted to watch trashy reality tv on Netflix. Everyone was sad for it to end. We would definitely go back.

This property is a lovely home in a true country area with pasture views from the backyard and pool area. One mile to the ocean beaches. Bikes available for use.
There is an Owners Suite on the lower level which owner may occupy when in town. There is no entry from the top level to the bottom level and no shared spaces.
They do not use the upper area or pool deck area and have a completely separate entrance. The only shared amenity is parking.
