The pool area was very overcrowded but I’m not sure how you would address that. The building itself is aging and really in need of repairs and updates (the showerhead in our bathroom was very loosely attached to the wall and very little water came out of it). The footsteps of the people in the room above ours were so loud and it felt like the ceiling was vibrating - so poorly insulated. The staff was friendly and accommodating but it appears that the building owners have neglected the property for some time. I don’t think I would stay here again.
