This was my first renting from Vbro and the experience was terrible would never do again, they cancelled my rental day before I was scheduled to be there leaving me with no where to go. Still waiting on my refund Terrible experience!!!! The host was terrible also

Owner cancelled reservation the day of arrival for no reason

One hour before departing for the rental property, contacted owner about gaining access to the residence... found out they cancelled our reservation and never told us. Took almost 3 hours to find a new property and arrived way beyond our planned arrival time. Day was a complete disaster!!!
