We take concerns about cleanliness and odors seriously, and have shared your notes with housekeeping and maintenance so the garage and any affected areas can be inspected and treated. We also apologize for the delay in receiving your door code on arrival, and for the non-working bedroom light, door knob issues, missing or damaged beach gear, and absence of a coffee table. We will confirm the unit is repaired and that the listing accurately reflects what is provided. Regarding beach access and arrival details, we will review the arrival instructions and listing language to make public beach information and check-in steps clearer. We understand extra fees are frustrating and will work to make pricing and what is included easier to understand.
