Magnolia By The Sea - Une communauté de chalets haut de gamme située à seulement 5 miles à l'est de Seaside et à 3 km à l'ouest de Rosemary Beach. Magnolia By The Sea est rapidement devenue l'une des destinations de plage les plus convoitées sur 30A. La maison est trÚs bien aménagée et comprend des luminaires Kohler, du parquet dans la grande piÚce, la cuisine et les chambres. Felt like Home Away from Home, Cute Decorations, Spacious, & Convenient Location to the Beach - We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. We loved the location, though we found it more convenient to use the public beach access than the private one, as we were told we couldn't set our beach spot up at the private access because we were only allowed to use that one due to it being"grandfathered in." We could walk through the sand to the public area or on the walking path. The public access, only another minute walk, was larger and had a shower off area with garbages which made things easier with kids anyways. The rental was comfortable, well furnished and stocked. This would hands down be a place we'd return to!

Wonderful home, fully equipped with anything you might need and a great layout. Very close to the beach - not 150 steps - but who is really counting when you are that close? Beach towels would be a nice addition, as it was the only item that left us in a lurch. Host was responsive and there were no surprises. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Vacation

Had a small maintenance issue after arriving, called manager and they had it fixed that same afternoon!Still not sure what the 150 steps in the description is, was a little farther to the beach that that but the private beach access and the public beach access (with shower and waterhose on walkway) was pretty much right across the road.

Lovely Stay So Close to the Beach!

Such a great home with such a great location! Everything in this beautiful home was exactly as pictured and described online. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you would need to prep, cook and enjoy a meal or a bbq on the grill. The beds were cozy with soft linens and plenty of bath towels for all! Having the third bathroom was such a plus! The weather was a bit too hot it sit out on the balcony but we certainly loved the charm of the strung lights and outdoor seating. The walk to the beach was a breeze and having the outdoor shower just outside the entry to the home made coming in with sandy feet so easy to wash up. We loved every minute of our stay in this charming home and would come back again and again. The host was so kind informative and always quick to answer my questions.The area is PERFECT for so many dining options and shopping!! We were truly sad to leave!! (on a side note, our son proposed to his girlfriend during our stay which made out trip even more special) Thank you Anderson family for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!!!

Comfy Cottage

We loved everything about this place! It was nicely decorated, well stocked, very clean, and had a great layout. The cottage was conveniently located near everything we enjoy doing on our vacations
beach, pool, bike path, walking trail, shops, and restaurants. With five adults, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this house. We plan to return soon!

Great beach house

The beach house was great. It’s in a nice area and the beach is really close by. Good places to eat in the area. We will come back and stay there again. There’s a good pizza place near the property entrance.

Spring break getaway

Summertime

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall a nice home. Some things to improve on is possibly getting some decent beach chairs, a gas grill and more seating in the family room. Overall, would recommend to others.

Annual Beach Trip w/Friends

This beach house is decorated super cute, and had everything we needed. Was not far at all to walk to the beach access, and we even walked to the Alys Beach area. When we let the owner know the beach chairs were broken and in bad shape, she reimbursed us for the chairs we had to buy ourselves, which I thought was so kind of her, certainly didn’t expect that! We really enjoyed our time together the week we were there!

We selected our home in the Rosemary Beach area because the beaches are some of the most beautiful either of us have ever seen. The area is ideal for families and romantic getaways. There are numerous restaurants and boutiques within a 5 mile radius. If you are looking for entertainment for the whole family, Panama City Beach has something to offer for everyone.

Our favorite part of the home is the coastal cottage feel and the proximity to the beach. We cross the street and have incredible views of the ocean and white sand under our feet.
