This home is located in the newer “Serenity at Dune Allen” community in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A, and just minutes from the popular shopping and dining area of Gulf Place. You and your family are sure to fall in love with everything this beautiful beach home has to offer! Beautifully decorated, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming for a family to enjoy. This open concept floor plan is the perfect place to entertain or even just to chill after a long day at the beach. The family room boasts a large sectional and two additional comfortable chairs with a huge Smart TV.

While staying at "The Charming Grouper" you also have access to a new 6 seater golf cart. This golf cart is street legal, so not only can you drive it to the beach access right across the street and the community pool, but also to all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place!

The new Dune Allen beach access (with parking) is just 2 blocks away - a 1 minute golf cart ride, 2 minute bike ride or a 5-6 minute easy walk. Multiple additional public access points are also close by.

The exterior of the home features both a first and second floor covered front porch with comfortable chairs for your morning coffee or evening night cap. A side deck with a natural gas grill and additional seating along with a back patio with fire table and chairs give you a front row seat to the beautiful wooded area behind the house.
