Be our guest at our recently renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with two separate living areas. Sleeps 16. Perfect for fishermen and families. Wonderful location to relax and unwind. Less than ½ mile to King Fisher Beach on Matagorda Bay with park & playground, ½ mile to boat ramp, and 1 block to the library. Huge fenced yard for outdoor games, fire pit for cool evenings, outdoor seating for open-air dining and a spacious upstairs deck complete to enjoy your morning coffee. Your home away from home!

Bedroom Layout:
Master bedroom: King size bed + a twin size bed w/ trundle
Guest bedroom #1: Queen size bed + a twin over full bunk bed
Guest bedroom #2: Queen size bed + a twin over full bunk bed

Other things to note:
This property is not pet friendly. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. No cleaning fish onsite.

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and coffee filters. Linens are limited to those on hand. Guests should bring any desired personal toiletries, beach towels, food, ground coffee, k-cups and paper towels. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

Additional amenities include: Refrigerator, coffee maker (full pot or k-cup), microwave, toaster, two 65” flat screen tv’s, fire pit, 1 sleeper sofa, full kitchen, propane grill, Wifi access, pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board table and corn hole.
