Located in a charming coastal community just a quick stroll from miles of pristine coastline, this second-floor condo is a sure bet for your next beach getaway. The sunlit interior has been updated with your comfort in mind and a covered patio features rocking chairs. Find a convenient bunk nook in the hallway and a full kitchen with a three-person bar. After blissful days exploring Henderson Beach State Park, unwind for movie nights together in the welcoming living area. Added perks include a TV in the bedroom as well as complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Stairs are required to reach this retreat and there is no elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). My wife and I traveled to Destin in November to see a concert. Not only was this condo within walking distance of the event, it was also walking distance to a nice little cafe/restaurant around the corner (Camila's), and walking distance to the beach. It was a perfect location, clean, and comfortable.

Great location

Great location loved how close to the beach just needs a deep clean. Floors were dirty, spots on the pillows, and pull out sofa terribly uncomfortable. Other than that it was nice.

Good location, poor quality

Smoke detector disconnected and in the drawer, nails sticking out by bunk ladder, strong fish smell, thin see though blankets among other things. Definitely a rent it out at lowest cost and max profit. It was a short walk to the beach, that was the best part.

The home is easy to find and location is close to pool and the beach. Great to have parking available. As a couple, we had plenty of space. There is a set of bunk beds that would work for kids. We would stay in the home again

Good location, fairly clean, very comfortable

Located a short walking distance to public beach access and right across the street from the community pool and hot tub. It is a second floor corner unit and no elevator but the stairs are close by. There were some minor cleanliness issues (one of the beds was sandy, something in the garbage disposal smelled rotten) but they were easily fixed. We had a couple cloudy days and a TV with cable/satellite would have been nice but all we could get is Netflix/YouTube, which got stuck buffering. Overall had a great time.

Great location. Beach and Camille’s coffee shop/cafe just a block away. Publix and Whole Foods are just over a half mile. Walmart is 2 miles and Henderson State park is about a mile walk down the beach. Great walking area. The unit is comfortable with washer and dryer and a great little electric fire place under the tv for cool mornings. The patio chairs need an upgrade, but were usable. The bathroom is great! Definitely recommend .

Great Location!

We loved our stay! The location of was absolutely perfect! A short walk to the beach and easy access to the beach! The neighborhood is so nice! We enjoyed our walks around. Would definitely stay again!

Birthday beach stay

Had an incredible stay here. It was very clean well decorated. The location is perfect just a very short walk to the beautiful beach & just short walk or drive to store’s and restaurants . The only issue was the patio door would not open and the doors could maybe use some wD-40 because there little noisy . Other than that everything was fantastic . I do recommend maybe a signature complementary gift for guest. Like maybe small chocolates or little gift of some sort that would have been nice . I would definitely book this agin . Perfect

Overall very good and relaxing stay. Condo presents nicely and clean. Floors could use good scrub. Few essential pantry items would been nice Touch e.g. S&P. Stove top burners need replacing bc they are not fitting in slots making cooking uneven. Kitchen nicely stocked with utensils and pans and nice dishes. Location was great! Property mgmt was very responsive! Cushions on balcony Need to be replaced due to a lot Of Stains. Rockers were good touch! Would stay again and would recommend. Thx.

Great Beach Retreat

This condo was lovely decorated and perfect for us! If you have a small group or family with two kids, it’s perfect! Walk to beach is easy 5 mins. The neighborhood is super clean and safe. Nice pool which you can see from your balcony. We had one glitch…no parking passes were left for us and we got a warning on our windshield; so make sure you have those when you arrive. It didn’t deter us from having a great time. Correspondence with Vacasa was immediately handled upon calling the number I was sent via text prior to check in. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

Here is what we loved: location to the beach restaurants, grocery stores, etc was way better than expected and it feels like a town (including prices, which was great), and not just a tourist beach area.The place was clean and organized, and had the right things in the kitchen to cook like back home. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we'd return again. Also, open communication was great. Here are the things we think could improve: cleaniness was great, but some basic maintenance like tightening up door handles throughout due to constant usuage is needed. I had to tighten one since it was falling off. One of the balcony chairs needs to be replaced. And, we couldn't get the front tv to change channels, and we didn't wanttk spend time on it as apposed to the beach.

Everything was great with the exception of parking. We brought our trailer with our spider to ride but didn't know we couldn't park the trailer there. There needs something on the booking site that let's potential renter of the parking situation on site. Bit Everything was very nice, clean and well maintained.
