We enjoyed our stay. The lake view provided a quite and relaxing atmosphere for morning coffee and a good book in the evening. The unit is close enough to the pool to be convenient but far enough not to hear the pool activity. It is a little walk to the beach, but the tunnel makes beach access easier than crossing with traffic. We had the upstairs unit, which is the one I would prefer, but if you have trouble with stairs or carrying little ones, the downstairs unit would be a better choice.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the lake view provided a relaxing spot for coffee and reading. It's great the unit's proximity to the pool felt convenient without the noise, and that the tunnel made beach access easier. Appreciate your note about the upstairs unit and stairs—helpful for future guests. We’d love to host you again. RealJoy Destin

Great vacation spot!

The location is great and a 2 minute walk to the Beach. There is enough room for everything. Loved the place. I don’t don’t think it was swept from the last person but I’m glad we had a broom to clean it up.
