Every aspect of the house was on Point, very clean, even little things like back up paper towels & garbage bags. Would not hesitate to book this one again.

The home was incredibly well-stocked, everything we needed and more! You can tell the hosts really went above and beyond with all the extras in the kitchen, for the pool/beach, and linens/towels. The entire house felt clean and was truly a wonderful space to stay in.

Home was absolutely perfect. So nice and clean. Our vacation was completely stress free. Great location. We road our e-bikes in the neighborhood and experienced beautiful nature and wildlife. 10 mins from the beach and 25 mins from the weekend farmers market. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you

Very clean and comfortable home in a great location, The home was well stocked with towels, paper goods, and kitchen needs. We really appreciated the pool and patio set up. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Great place to vacation

If you are looking for a place close to all the party spots and right up against the beach this is not the place for you. If you want something quiet but close to everything, here is where you want to stay. Quiet neighborhood, 10 min drive to the beach.

Had a great stay. Eddie was very helpful and reminders. Pool didn’t seem to be saltwater but that wasn't a problem. Beds were very comfortable and was a lot of extras if needed. No garbage disposal which was weird for me. Would recommend this place in great neighborhood.

Very clean vacation home

We had an excellent stay in Sebastian. Eddie was a great communicator and we didn’t want for anything. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and relaxing by the pool. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Rental in a Great Location

This property sits on the corner in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is very private with shades and landscaping. The pool is nice and big- the kids really enjoyed it. The house is well decorated and everything was in good order. The living room furniture could use some updating but it was comfortable overall. The property manager communicated really well and we had no issues during our stay.

Great Vacation Place!

We have rented all over Florida, this was a great place to spend a month. We loved being able to sit outside and relax in the pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We would rent this place again. Shout out to Ed the Property Manager! He was great, answered all our questions, and was super responsive.

Great open kitchen with all the needs for cooking and making meals. The pool is a major reason we rented the house! Very clean! Eddie answers questions quickly and is very friendly.

Great quiet neighbornood

The location was great for us exploring the Sebastian and Vero Beach areas. A short drive to the beaches and river areas. The property was clean and had all of the amenities needed for our stay. The detail of the instructions of the use of the house was a lot of help with our stay, we really didn't need to contact the host for anything but feel if we did he would be on it. I think quite a few VRBO hosts could learn from the way Eddie host this property.

Extremely relaxing. Men went fishing. Women & kids relaxed in the heated pool. This house has everything you need & much more. Highly recommended. Eddie responded to my query in minutes.
