Welcome to your next getaway! This bright, spacious & fully equipped unit on the 9th floor consists of 1br with 2 queen beds + den with 1 queen bed. Conveniently located directly across the street from Sunny Isles Beach. Enjoy breathtaking views, assigned parking, valet, 24/hour concierge, pool, gym, convenient store & more! Family friendly and centrally located. Close to Aventura mall, grocery stores, shops and incredible restaurants!

Please note, as per Ocean Reserve building policy:
-There is a mandatory one-time resort fee per unit per stay, payable to the front desk upon check-in. This allows guests the use of the building amenities such as the gym, pool and parking. The resort fee is approximately $40 USD, payable once for the group staying (not per person). Each guest over 18 will receive a bracelet which will grant them access to these common areas.

A key fob will be provided to guests for access to the pool, gym, and an assigned parking spot in the garage.

*Guests are responsible for replacing lost garage and building entry keys. The replacement of garage door opener is $100 and the building entry key is $60.

Everything was great.

Location is great, only few minutes walk to the beach, building has a lot of amenities. The place was clean and Stacey gave me all the information needed for easy check in and check out. Thanks you very much. I enjoyed the stay.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was amazing and was quick to respond to any questions I had. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay. The location of this property was a huge plus to me and my family. It’s walking distance to the beach and a slash park nearby. The property was exactly like the pictures and was spotless when we arrived. The view from the balcony at night is beautiful. There also is a small convenience store located on the property so you don’t have visit a store if you need something. Another major pluswas the host provided all beach supplies so we didn’t have to rent chairs or an umbrella. This definitely a place I would stay again if I revisit the area. Thanks for an amazing stay!
