A. This large 1 bedroom with king bed + DEN (where a sofa bed for two is located) and 1 bathroom is a fully furnished modern condominium featuring premium finishes, located on the bright 4th floor.
Large living room with another sofa bed for 2 people and Smart TV. Sleeps 6 people.

Balcony to the street with lateral views of the Sea.
The kitchen-dining room is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, pots. There is a washing machine samsung super speed!
The bedroom has bedding, folding crib, hangers, iron, ironing board and safe.
The bathroom has a shower box. It has towels, washcloths, hair dryer and bathroom kit.
The apartment has deck chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach.
Everything is designed so that you come to enjoy and your trip is unforgettable.

We love staying at this building with so many amenities and also so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and bars.....we uber from the airport and walk everywhere the rest of the visit, no need for a car! I do think the unit itself could use some minor improvements. The pull out sofa mattresses could be a little thicker so you don't feel the bar or end up like a taco. And there needs to be some hooks for towels, suits, jackets....there are a total of 2 in the bathroom and the unit sleeps 6. There could be hooks on the walls in the bedroom and the nook where the 2nd sofa is that would really be helpful.

Great accommodation, extra beach supplies

The property was very nice comma and clean period it was perfect for our little family. And added plus was that there were paddle boards, an umbrella, and two woven beach blankets in the room for us to use. It was nice being within walking distance of the boardwalk. Only thing I'd would have changed was having a small broom and dust pan to help control sand.

Very clean and nice property. Great location

This is a very nice property. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The only negative is the room only had 4 towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels for 4 people and a 5 night stay.

When you let me know, we sent housekeeping to bring more towels. They always leave more quantity, there was an error in the number of guests. I'm so sorry. Great location & pool

This is a great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants on the boardwalk. The pool is amazing, the best part of the property. Clean, large room. Only drawback is there were only 3 hangers and the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. Definitely recommend!

The location was great. There was a used bandaid with blood in futon bed by the front door. For utensils would nice to have a sharper knife or a sharpener. As a family we pick a place with kitchen to cookn some meals, it is difficult to prepare meals when the knife is so dull.

Loving rental

Our Hollywood beach rental was just as advertised. Close to everything! Very clean. Pool was amazing and the view. Getting new fresh towels became an issue due to the property changing guidelines while we were renting. Using the same washcloth and towels for 4/5 days. Owner was able to get us new towels our last night. I totally recommend this rental.

Loved the property, is located in a nice area and the apartment is beautiful . However, the floor was dirty, I don’t think it was cleaned before my arrival. The refrigerator was good however the freezer started licking water to the floor and I had to make sure that no ice was accumulating or it will drip to the floor . Also the additional resort fees should not have been charged since I had already paid all fees for the nightly stay. Pool area was not safe . I saw 3 people fall on Sunday and not one employee came to see how they were. Water around the pool was a lot. Kids were doing back flips and on the handycap chair of the pool and it took hours before any security called their attention. A fight broken down at the bar and security was more concerned about them paying the bill than getting them out for the safety of other guest . Fight and security was very poorly handled. You should review your cameras for all that took place on Sunday by the pool from 2 to 8pm

Very disappointing - please read

My family (2 adults, 3 kids under 5) stayed 1/1-8; I do NOT recommend it. Re apt: The floors were dirty upon arrival. The King bed did not have a bottom sheet, just the mattress cover which was stained. No paper towels or garbage bags to use. The bedroom patio door curtain was broken and would not go up/open. Missing tv remotes. There is a crib, but no crib sheets. Closet has 3 toddler-sized hangers. Mentions having "deck chairs & beach towels" in the apt, were unable to locate them. Re resort: The pool was gross - cloudy w/ sand at the bottom & hair floating in it. The tile deck around it was also dirty (hair, food, visible dirt). Beach towels are not "free,” they are included in the $35/day resort fee. The resort is stingy with them too. If you wake up early & get towels for the beach they will not let you exchange them for fresh ones mid-day. If you CALL guest services they will not help you. When you tell them your room they will say you need to contact your host. If you VISIT the front desk they try to help. I learned this is bc phones are answered by a 3rd party that relays requests to them. FYI: the pool allows pets by it & doesn’t always play kid-friendly music. If small, yappy dogs & loud songs w/ words like “f*uck, pu**y” bother you, you may want to avoid this scene (which was at 3PM). You do not get many towels to use in the apt. You get a fresh set day 5, but need to visit the front desk & ask. I ended up buying laundry detergent & using the apt washer & then drying them on the balcony. Re host: The host is unreachable. I *tried* contacting them 2x before arriving, & then at least 2x/day 1/1 – 4. I sent msgs through VRBO, personally called the # provided, and had VRBO’s customer service try contacting them. Reply was received finally on the 4th saying they sent housekeeping. I don’t think they actually contacted the resort, I was able to get the missing sheet + other consumables after visiting the front desk & there's no "housekeeping.” Re area: We loved it and had a great time renting bikes, meeting people, & eating at some delicious restaurants (Ocean Alley, Blue Wave, Sapore Di Mare, Mamacita’s, Giorgio’s). The beach area was popular but not crowded, clean, & an overall awesome place to visit. I do recommend area for some family fun, but would insist on checking out other lodgings.

Before checking in we send all the previous information so that if you need something in the unit such as garbage bags, paper towels, sheets for the crib, detergent, or whatever you need from the bathroom, room or kitchen, the front desk will take to your room. The cleaning service depends on the hotel, if necessary we send the service to the room. We have no communication problems with other guests, everyone contacts us directly through the app or by message so that we can help them with whatever they need. As soon as they contact us, we solve their problems in time. A pity that you contacted the VRBO service, that took a bit of direct contact with us. The hotel has 24-hour technical service available for any inconvenience you may have in the unit. Housekeeping service is also available. The services provided by the hotel are for all guests in general. The use of the pool, the delivery of beach and pool towels is handled directly by the hotel. We wait for you again. Thank you!

I would give 20 stars if I could.

Check in, valet, location, cleanliness, hospitality. Everything was wonderful. More towels would have been nice but we made it work.

Always excellent

This is our third time staying at the property and unit. Great double balcony where you can see the ocean and the waterway. Perfect location and great condo. The communication with management is top notch! We will definitely be returning.

My Impression

I was not overly impress. When I arrived, there were not enough towels or linens, but I received them when I asked. The TV's did not work, but were repaired in a few days. All pots and pans should be replaced, I did ask for some new utensils and a skillet. I received them quickly. However, all that should have been done before I arrived. Great location and staff were very nice. The price to park is insane, I parked in the public garage for less than half the cost.

My little family of three stayed three nights. The apartment was nice, good view and the pool was amazing! There are many restaurants within walking distance and the beach is right outside the building. The place could have been cleaner. The bedding and towels were clean but the floor was dirty and the bathroom walls could use a cleaning or some paint. The throw pillows should be washed or thrown out. Other than those noticeable small issues that can easily be addressed the place was great. If we are in the area I could see us staying here again.
