We had a little hiccup with check-in as they had a call-out with their cleaners so instead of 4pm check-in we weren't able to access until closer to 6:30pm. The owner was super responsive and offered to cover our dinner for 9 people while we waited. Unfortunately, we were tired and had already purchased food for dinner so instead we were able to wait at the pool house while they cleaned. Owner waived the cleaning fee and I was fine with that.All in all, it was a fantastic location and the entire family loved it, the pool, and all the amenities. It was a beautiful spot and I highly recommend it!

What a terrific surprise when we arrived. The house, pool and pool house was immaculate and so well equipped. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Two families related- 8 adults, 6 younger children, one teen. Not only is the house gorgeous, the floor plan is so very flexible.All bedrooms have many sleeping options for families. Plenty of common space for both families to be together or spread out. The dining table was huge, Other dining areas as well.Kitchen very large with great stove and ovens. Laundry room, 2 game rooms with fun equipment, games and toys. Huge screened porch opens to back deck.Outdoor space was magnificent. Large pool house to hang out in, with card table, pool bar, fridge and great grill outside. Plenty of tables, lounge chairs, pool blow ups and beach towels. Wonderful large hot tub (so easy to use), fire pit and very impressive pool. Corn hole, games, large lawn and the extra bonus of magical fireflies everywhere at night! All beds comfy. Linens and towels plentiful.Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Perfect for our families.

Great place for families

Enjoyed our stay and the games & toys provided in the home. The pool was a highlight! A couple additional tools in the kitchen would be helpful. We definately cooked all our meals there.

Fun few days with our extended family of 13. Comfy beds for everyone with spaces to gather and spread out. We really enjoyed the pool area of this well maintained property which was exactly as described and pictured.

The host was very responsive and open to feedback during our stay. The home is spacious (I would say probably more ideal for a group slightly smaller than ours - we were 15). The set up is great for separate families with younger kids because they can stay in the attached room with bunk beds so they are close but not too close. The kids loved the pool. We had a little trouble getting the hot tub going but the hosts were very communicative and helped along the way.

Great property for friend reunion

We had a get together with friends and their kids and this place was perfect. The pool and pool house and house are amazing. The kids and adults loved the pool and the space and and amenities in the house were great. Would definitely recommend this house to someone looking to get away for a fun weekend in the woods.

We hosted a large gathering of friends for our annual trip and had an excellent experience. The home was spotless, spacious, and comfortably fit our entire group. Fun for large group

Fantastic place. We were 5 families - 10 adults and 7 kids from 9months-7 yrs. Plenty of bedrooms, beautiful, fully stocked kitchen the toy room is perfect for little ones as only one way in and out and totally safe. Great hot tub. Highly recommend. We were ready to book it again for summer (so that we could use the pool) but was booked the week we needed.

Wonderful property

We thought the cabin was wonderful and met our group needs well. We had to book this property last minute because of a cancellation initiated by VRBO due to a safety issue at our original booking. It was farther away from Sight and Sound than we would have liked but we were so grateful that everything worked out. We would all go back again.

Long weekend 5 days

House and pool were very nice. For the price I expect a house that sleeps 16 to have more than 10 forks, we were 11 guests. The couches were very uncomfortable and the blinds were dusty. The one bedroom upstairs leaked when it rained and the next days there were small black bugs on the walls and in the bed. All of which we cleaned. We also replaced the filter on the refrigerator, the message read 99+ days passed due for changing. The owner of the property did come by to attend to the pool after the rain and there was a dead mouse and some dead frogs floating. My daughter in law told him about the leak and bugs.

Trivial Complaints - Would Return!

Overall our stay was fantastic and the space was perfect for our group. We would 100% go back after a few trivial issues were addressed. Our group was 3 families in total with children ages ranging from 1-7 years old.Cons:-Cleaning crew did a poor job overall--Large piece of leftover fish in the dishwasher when we arrived that made half the house smell horrible--Utensils were not clean with food still caked on--Cups still having mouth smudges and lipstick around the rims--Hand prints and smudges on windows*Again these are trivial complaints that were inconveniences with minimal impact to our overall satisfaction. However they are things that we did not expect we would have to deal with.-Upstairs bedrooms had tons (50) flies alive and dead throughout the rooms and bathrooms. Not sure if a window was left open but this unsettling and annoying to clean/kill all the flies-Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs master did not work-HVAC in the upstairs did not work-Outside grill was old/dirty/un-useable-Board games missing piecesPros-Kid friendly with enough space for each family to have their own section of the house-The kids loved the playroom and running around the large yard -We utilized the hot tub almost every night which was nice in the cold weather-Pool house was perfect for the adults after kids went to bed-Towel, mattress, pillow, blanket quality was the among the best we've ever used-Firepit WITH wood-Smart TVs-Secluded-Customer service 5 stars
