House was updated, super clean and the host was responsive and did us a huge favor with early check in on Friday. Great location- easy walk to downtown Edwardsville.
House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. Was with in walking distance of several stores and restaurants. We will be back!
My family stayed in town for the Memorial Day holiday and we had a great stay here. The home was very clean and Sophie is a quick communicator. I would absolutely stay again!
Great location in downtown Edwardsville. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. Stayed during the week with a co-worker and the house was clean and convenient.
Visiting family in Edwardsville, the house was set up well and decorated for the season. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and a grocery store.
We had 7 adults and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants and a drug store - very convenient! If this property is available, we will stay here again!
This was a nice place to lay our heads after a long day of baseball at Plummer Family Park. It allowed us space to stretch out with young kids that hotels don’t offer. It was a close driving distance to the ballfields and to plenty of stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
Love the location & charm of this property. Our family fit well with room for each of us (5) along with other family members stopping by in between a family event. I will be glad to rent this property again.
We needed extra sleeping space for our family get together in E-billed. This property wascentrally located, very easy to find. Had everything we needed - comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Very charming older home, love the hardwood floors! Sophie is an amazing and attentive host. Super easy check out - take out the trash and lock the doors! Would absolutely stay again next time.
Great little craftsman house in a quiet neighborhood. Sofie has this house well-appointed for guests, I was even able to do the cooking I need for my dietary restrictions with plenty of pots and pans, etc. Tons of hot water and very comfy beds. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to town!
The house was neat and clean, quaint and cozy. The large spaces were great. The house was very chilly upstairs so could have used heavier bedding. And a luggage rack in the smaller bedroom upstairs would be very helpful. Also there was only enough bedding for one sleeper sofa and we used both sofas - we had 7 people. Only one blanket was provided, so it was chilly sleeping in the front room also. Better warmer bedding would have helped. But we still enjoyed our stay in Edwardsville.
We were in town to ride bikes, and the Brick B&B is in a great location for access to the bike trails. Even though the house is at the very edge of businesses, we found it to be very quiet at night! It was our pleasure to have such a comfy and cozy place to stay! Sophie was very accomodating for our check-in, and very responsive to communications.
Rented the house for family to attend winter commencement at SIUE. House is super close to town. Kitchen extremely well stocked! Lots of thoughtful small touches. Definitely would stay again!!
We loved having a comfortable home to house the 8 of us as we traveled into St.Louis for fun day trips and spent the evening with extended family in the Edwardsville area. Easy drives to the city, convenient location near shops and restaurants, clean, and well stocked. Great communication from the host Sophie. Would stay here again!
Very nice older property that has a well-appointed interior with nicely done decorating touches. The age of the home comes through a bit when walking up the creaky stairs and sitting on the back porch with the jalousie windows (that need a bit a cleaning), but overall, a very nice property close to downtown.
My daughter and I stayed in Sophie’s house the night before my grand-daughter’s wedding with the bride and her bridesmaids! It was such a wonderful place to relax and visit after a long day of decorating for the wedding. Then a wonderful place to unwind and rest after the wedding! Plenty of space. Great central location in Edwardsville. Sophie was a great host!
