HAVASU LAKE HOUSE
BRING YOUR TOYS, have a BBQ and enjoy the Pool and Jacuzzi. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 car garage has just what you are looking for. The Master bedroom has a King bed, TV and sliding door to the back patio and Hot Tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. Tile/Vinyl floors throughout. Dining Room table has seating for 6. There is a ping pong table and pool table in the small garage. Boat/Toy parking in the 2 car garage that is 30' deep. The house sits at the end of a Cul-de-sac, so plenty of privacy. There is also additional parking on the side and also some behind the side gate in the backyard. The private backyard has a Play pool that does NOT heat and there is a newer Hot Tub on the back patio to relax in after a long day on the lake. Cable and WiFi Internet. Winter rentals require a 3 month minimum. All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 per month. PET FRIENDLY with paid fee.
