Disappointing Experience at Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The resort, while boasting recent remodeling efforts on the outside, falls short when it comes to the units and overall upkeep.
One of the glaring issues I encountered was the outdated appearance of the rooms. Despite the exterior renovations, the units' aesthetics were lackluster, and some aspects appeared neglected. It was evident that the cleaning service did not meet the standards one would expect from a resort of this caliber. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and it significantly impacted the quality of my stay.
Moreover, the outdated equipment in the rooms was a major disappointment. Some of the appliances did not function properly, and the overall state of the in-room amenities was subpar. This lack of attention to detail in maintaining and updating essential equipment greatly impacted the overall comfort and convenience during my stay.
In conclusion, my experience at Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort was marred by the outdated and poorly maintained accommodations. While the exterior renovations may have created a positive first impression, the disappointing state of the rooms, coupled with substandard cleaning services, overshadowed any potential positives. I would advise potential guests to carefully consider their options before choosing this resort for their stay.
