This is a studio condo which is very centrally located. You can have your quiet space but also get out to the best places the area has to offer. There is wifi , so also ideal for working. You will have entire place to yourself.

Easy access to the White House, National Mall, and Kennedy Center. A 5 minute walk to Rosslyn metro gives you metro access everywhere! Also, the studio is steps away from Arlington Cemetery, Pentagon mall and many other attractions. Great location for business travelers and people looking to work --lot of offices are located nearby .
Parking, gym and pool access can be arranged depending the length of stay. Please ask if you need these. Only certain pets allowed. There is pet fee & approval needed by owner.

Rundown, dirty apartment with misleading pictures

Cons: This apartment is very run down, dirty, and moldy. I was uncomfortable staying here for a weeklong work trip to Rosslyn. The listed pictures conveniently do not include the bathroom which was the worst part. The bathroom vanity was full of mold and random items (Paper bag? hand cream?). There was dirty / brown build up on all crevices - where the bathtub meets the floor, where the shower door meets the tub, etc. The owner put new vinyl flooring in the bathroom but did not add any trim - causing there to be gaps between the floor and bathtub with large amounts of dirt buildup. The shower drain was mostly clogged - you will stand in a puddle of water while you shower. There seems to be no ventilation in the bathroom, causing water damage to the apartment. Both doors leading to the bathroom were heavily water damaged, with pealing paint and chipped edges. The apartment had random items throughout that made it seem like I was intruding on someone's unkept living space. The shelves by the window had torn up paper that seemed to be glued onto the wood. Overall, the apartment was unkept and dirty with a fairly disgusting bathroom. Pros: Great location. Walking distance to offices to Rosslyn and short run over to DC. Wifi worked well.

Just what I was looking for

I was in DC for a 36 hours of endurance events and needed a place to rest between events. The apartment was exactly as listed and located within walking distance of the USMC Memorial and plenty of restaurants around. It was noted there was no AC, but there was a fan and I was able to stay cool on a warm weekend. The apartment owner was very helpful and there was some confusion about checkin time on the web page vs the app. She was super flexible and worked to make my required check in time work and I really appreciate that! I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Laundry room located 3rd floor and can be accessed via your building access FOB. Guest will need to buy a laundry card which is quite cheap. I CAN ARRANGE for parking for a reasonable price. It needs to be paid beforehand. Thanks
