Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the Gulf-front covered terrace, where tranquil emerald-turquoise waters and snow-white sands give way to an endless horizon. An outdoor table with seating for 4 will allow you to sip your morning coffee or savor your favorite afternoon cocktail while basking in the delight of Gulf Coast living! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could need to prepare a wonderful dinner so make sure you check out our local seafood markets. The kitchen includes a stainless double-sided sink, full-sized appliances, and custom cabinetry. The dining area offers a wooden dining room table with seating for 6.

The master suite affords every detail to ensure complete relaxation, offering a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, stylish modern furnishings, and large windows with Gulf views! The master bath includes a separate washroom with a door for privacy. Great beach access

We enjoyed our stay at Sun Perdido. We couldn’t have gotten any closer to the beach. From room to actually being in the gulf waters less than 5 minutes. And the indoor pool was great for a beak from the direct sun. Also right across the street from shopping and restaurants.

This was one of the best beach condos in which I have stayed - and I’ve stayed in my fair share. The location with easy beach access was perfection. The view from the master bedroom is magnificent - what a way to wake up every morning!! The decor was very stylish, accommodations were new and fresh, and the amenities were great. The only downside is that the condo is located near an elevator so if you plan to have a “light sleeper” in the guest bedroom, the foot traffic and elevator noise might be an issue. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was beautiful anmd brand new as advertised and promised. Loved it and will definitely be back. One note for maintenance, the washing machine seems to be off balance and quite loud.

The Good and bad

This was our first time to stay in Perdido and we absolutely loved the less crowded beach. The corner condo had spectacular views and was close to the elevator. The unit was spacious and well stocked. I must add that I had to fight with the Nest thermostat to keep it cold in the unit. It was programmed to certain temps that were insanely hot for the summer time. Maintenance reset the unit but it would revert back to timed temperatures. With the amount we paid, I should be able to have it as cold as I would like. Kitchen sink water would not get very hot either.

Great place rocky start

The stay was great. We started off a little rough because despite an early check-in email. We were physically unable to get into the unit. Someone had locked the deadbolt and we could not open the door. The leasing office was responsive and it took us about a half hour to get into the room. Certainly not something that ruins your day but just slowed us down a bit. Once inside we had to call mail back because one of the sets of curtains was laying in the floor because it had been temporarily held in place. Once again the management team was very supportive and responsive but just another inconvenience to get started. We knew there was construction but we were a little surprised to find a hard hat on the primary bed. Seems like housekeeping could have taken that with them rather than leaving ing it. Once we got through the first hour of arrival everything else was great.

Good and bad

Great location. Great communication with the property management and great reaction time for issues. Property needs some upgrades to deserve the price. Also needs more comfortable furniture. Found a bad water leak upon arrival. Water heater only supports 1 good shower at a time before running out of hot water. Had to change the HDMI connection on the bedroom TV to get it to pick up the cable tv channels. Had to figure out how to operate the thermostat so it wouldn’t reset back to 85 degrees at night. Two of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work but I got tired of texting the property management. Thought with all the issues they would have asked the owner for a discount but they didn’t. It was clean and decent for my wife and I but if I had other family with me I would have been very upset with all the issues.
