The Felicity suite is the perfect place to stage that family getaway or a landing spot for a small group of friends.

Nestled just a short 26-minute drive from the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway and 28 minutes from the iconic Chattanooga Choo Choo and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Suite 203 at Rock Spring Resort offers the perfect home base for your Chattanooga area adventure.

As a traveler, you'll love unwinding in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit kitchen. Curl up by the smart TV for a movie night or dive into the selection of games, books, and toys for the kids. On the 10-acre property are 1.25 miles of manicured paths lined with wildflowers, a 5-person dry sauna that most folks preheat for a treat after a dip in the hot tub, and a kids' playground that is known for its treehouse library. Awesome spot for families with kids/dogs!

Very well designed suite with nice finishes, great welcome gift and super clean. The playground, toys and board games kept our kiddos easily entertained; and the off leash area for dogs was great. Will definitely stay again next time we're passing through!

The apartment was so welcoming when we arrived. Pleasing decoration, a bit retro. Spic and span. The kitchen is very well furnished with everything we needed. Lots of personal attention and caring. Conveniently located near the battlefield parks. We would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment

The apartment was nice.. wasn’t sure what all was there, so came a little unprepared for what all we would need.. but cheers to miss Maggie… she was a jewel and went above and beyond to make us comfortable…..🥰…the overall building is under construction in places so it’s not so nice . Children enjoyed the play area…parking is limited in the front, and did find an outside door to easier access our room a day or so into our stay. The only thing was the staff was hard to find in person.. so the only communication we had was over the phone pretty much… they were quick to respond though….👍🏻

A great place!

We stayed in suite 203 for two nights. We are a family of 5 and we fit comfortably. The suite was clean and cozy. The beds were VERY comfortable. We slept so well. We entered to a spacious kitchen/living room set up for our arrival, even with a bottle of wine for the parents to enjoy! The resort, while not "officially" open, (grand opening was scheduled for the day we left) was cozy and had a make yourself at home feeling which we appreciated. The manager was super kind. And even though she was busy preparing for their grand opening event, she was always quick to answer any of our questions. We would definitely return here. The resort is less than a 30 minute drive to Lookout Mountain and Cloud Canyon

Absolutely Fantastic !!

This was an absolutely amazing find ! The property was clean with lots of friendly faces . Owner and electrician both very helpful. ( I did not have any electrical issues , just helped us to our door ) The place was overall very clean and welcoming. Honestly was even better in person than we expected. 10/10 would recommend !

Cute weekend getaway

We were in the area for a wedding and needed a reasonable place to stay. Unfortunately we didnt have much time to enjoy the property and amenities but we could've been happier with RSR. First off, Ms Jen was super responsive and really helped us out. Also, Ms Gracie was so sweet, helpful, and excited for all the future improvements they will making. We hope to get the opportunity to go back and really enjoy what they have to offer.

All was my expectations except for one thing....The hot tub wasn't on and or working. Not sure what was going on. Tried to turn up heat and nothing. But I understand it was also the time of year it could be hot or slightly cold from day to day. It wouldve been nice to know but yet again, no big deal and for price i was more than pleased!!!

Our overall stay was great. Listing however states there is a toaster in kitchen and there was not one. Also, listing didn't mention 15 steps to ascend and descend. My wife is handicapped and has much trouble with stairs, but we coped. Also, ice maker doesn't work in refrigerator freezer, no water either. But the property was very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed our stay here.
