Rock Spring Resort's suite 212 has a chique style of its own. It is one of our 8 brand-new studio apartments. It is the perfect, relaxing get-away. It has a beautiful double window that brightens the room, and goes beautifully with the dark, rustic decor. The suite comes with your every need to make you feel at home. Come relax with us here at Rock Spring Resort!
The space
This is one of our gorgeous studio apartments. It has a king-sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a flat screen TV, and a full bathroom.

The suite is located in the upstairs of the building.

Nice place in a small town

Booking was easy. When we arrived there was not a key in the lock box as instructed so I immediately called Jen. Owners live on site so it was easy to remedy the situation- she actually moved us to another unit. It was perfect for what we needed. They’d gone above and beyond to make the units homey- including Christmas decorations- We will definitely stay there again.

Nice people. Weird set up. No control of heat/air.

The property itself is in a good location and does seem to have a lot going for it. We were able to get to downtown Chattanooga in about half an hour. The managers were nice and did communicate. Our only issue was that the room we booked was doubled booked, so we ended up in a room on the lower level where the bathroom was down a long hallway from the bedroom (and along the hallway there were other doors that we were told no one would be coming in through). But it was a weird set up. Also we had no control over the heat or air so we were very warm and had to open the window to cool off. The bedroom itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. Just gave 3 stars due to the inability to control the temperature and also the odd arrangement of the rental space.

Great spot close to a wide range of outdoor activities. Terrific value with a sauna, hot tub, etc.

Great experience.

We stayed in the area to take care of a family issue, so we didn’t use or get involved in any amenities or activities other than the basics. The space was very clean, well maintained and stocked for visitors. Will definitely stay here again if we need lodging in this area. (The only issue we had is that building was remodeled from something else so the the internal staircases are rather steep. If you have knee issues, as we do, we recommend reserving a first level space.)
