This beautiful property comfortably provides accommodation for up to a maximum of 14 guests (including children) in Kissimmee Orlando and is located in the Stunning Solara Resort – one of the newest and most in demand resorts in Orlando. Heated resort pools and world-class facilities compliment your own private pool and spa at your luxury mansion.

It is Open Plan Living downstairs with kitchen seating and a large dining table. Plenty of seating a large couch with the main living area television.

The living area has direct access via sliding doors to the pool area and outdoor dining area. Spa, outdoor chairs and loungers give our guests the flexibility to relax in the premium plot home, eat or sit wherever you feel most comfortable.

No resort fees with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is No charge access to the Club House, resort, Cabanas and amenities. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers. Children’s splash zone / pad area and a gym as well!

Other than food and drink at the restaurant (which is yummy really well priced – tip, the resort Cheeseburgers are the best!) and bar and the Flo Rider SURF SIMULATOR (all fully open!), access to all facilities are included in your nightly rate – no resort fees here! Just take along a towel or two from the stock in the home, and you are set to go!*

Outdoor Facilities
The resort offers several outdoor activities, including basketball and sand volleyball courts, a soccer field, and a kid's playground.

Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

- You can also enjoy alfresco dining with the view of the pool and green surrounding or lounge by the pool at an enclosed back patio.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in Summer. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.

Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.

Important Notes: The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing resort family home. Groups largely consisting of those under 25s or booking from the local area are not able to rent this home. If you live within 50 miles of the home you must contact us before booking or your reservation will be canceled. These policies support our Good Neighbour and no party polices.

However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
