This is a beautiful property, perfect for a Disney vacation with kids. Conveniently located near grocery, restaurants, Disney Parks. So much at the house for kids and for adults to relax. Pool/hot tub is wonderful. Game room. Spacious fenced yard with toys. Easy Check in/out process. Host is so accommodating and communication was great. We will definitely book again.

Probably the best house we’ve stayed in over the past couple of years. Location was about 10 min away from Disney Parks. The house was as advertised. All electronic items were in good working shape, with instructions. Host communicated well and answered questions quickly. Anything we needed was handled quickly. Great stay.

This was honestly the most well cared for and well stocked rental we ever had. Excellent excellent communication before check in and during the stay. Kim was a AAA host. The pool is a great size, not your standard small pool as we have had in the past. Each bedroom has its own theme which the children loved. Plenty of towels in each of the 6 bathrooms. Super close to all the parks. This is a MUST rent.

This was a fantastic place and location for my family and extended family to come stay for over a week while in the Orlando area. It is close to the Disney parks making early/late nights bearable. The property was themed so cute and a fun variety to match everyone’s interest. The pool was how described, HUGE! And reasonably deep as well. Floats were provided to add to the fun! There was also a ton of indoor and outdoor entertainment available on property. The home itself was well equipped with kitchen supplies and extra household supplies which was a lovely surprise! The host is very thoughtful with potential needs! If we ever come back as a group, we’d most definitely stay here again! 10/10!

Great vacation home and great host! Kim was available and answered quick with any questions! The house was clean and had everything our party of 10 needed! We had ages 2 to 82 and had everything needed for everyone! Plenty of room for everyone! And when it said Giant pool they weren't lying! We rent homes every year for vacation and this was by far the largest pool we ever had! Don't hesitate to book this home if your in need of a home in the Disney/Universal area! The home is a short drive to all the parks and close to many stores and restaurants! Tbanks again Kim for letting us use your home we loved it!!

Themed decor made this home a delight for kids and the young at heart. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of beds and full bathrooms. The kitchen is a good size and stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils. Starter supplies were generous—paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags exceeded what we’ve found in many other vacation rentals. The location is convenient to Disney, Target, Walmart, Publix, an ABC liquor store, and numerous restaurants, though traffic on US‑192 can be heavy at times. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, a welcome retreat from theme park noise. The large pool comfortably accommodates big groups; the water was warm, and the hot tub worked perfectly. We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years, and what stood out most here was the host—knowledgeable, responsive, and very kind. Highly recommended.

We had a party of 14 ranging in age from 10 months to 75 years and the house was absolutely perfect! The pool is huge as well as the playroom for the kids. The pictures do not do this house justice. There is so much room throughout the house. This one is a definite 15 out of 10 for large groups with kids. We had 6 kids 7 or younger and they had a blast. I highly recommend this property. This family-friendly home truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The beautifully decorated bedrooms and themed spaces were so thoughtfully done and made the whole house feel extra special. The layout was perfect with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The directions all around the house were very helpfulThe pool and pool deck were incredible and much larger than we expected! The spa was just as impressive. We especially loved the covered grilling area with the large grill. The backyard was a hit with the kids thanks to the playground, cornhole game and ping pong table. The karaoke machine and game room added even more entertainment. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! Disney World was just minutes away, all of the major theme parks were nearby. Shopping and grocery stores were super convenient along with tons of dining options within 5–10 minutes. The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked — plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, trash liners. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need: pots and pans, small appliances, dishes, spices, foil, plastic wrap, storage bags - you name it. It truly felt like a home away from home.Communication with our host was wonderful — she responded quickly and was so thoughtful throughout our stay. We’ve rented many homes over the years, and we have never had such an amazing host. She truly treated us like family and made sure our experience was absolutely perfect!

There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room and there wasn’t anything the house didn’t have! I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for my family there. My family immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. The pre-arrival communication from Kim was excellent. She reached out well before our arrival date with various details that greatly helped us plan our stay. Any questions I had, Kim was quick to answer. After our arrival, my children were amazed to see all the room designs. I found that the house matched the pictures posted on the listing except that the house looked even better in person. There were a ton of family activities/games available which occupied our time while in the house. The swimming pool was clean, and the large size of it was impressive. We didn’t encounter any problems or issues during our stay and would definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit the area.

My family has been renting vacation homes in the Southeast U.S. for over 25 years, and I can confidently say this home tops the list. It truly has everything you could want in a vacation rental. The owner provides detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for every aspect of the home, which made our stay seamless. The house is generously stocked with all the essentials exactly as described in the listing, and the photos are 100% accurate. The pool is absolutely incredible—when they say “giant pool,” they mean it.Although the property allows pets (we brought our dog), you’d never know it. There was no odor, no hair, and everything was spotless. If you’re someone who doesn’t travel with animals, don’t let the pet-friendly policy deter you—this home is exceptionally clean. The location is excellent. We chose not to visit the parks this trip, but the property is close to everything Orlando has to offer. Everyday conveniences like Walmart, Publix, and plenty of restaurants are just minutes away. What sets this home apart is the owner’s attention to detail. Kim is responsive, kind, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have the best possible experience. This is hands down the best home we’ve rented in our 25 years of family vacations. When we return to the Orlando area, this will be the first property we check for availability.Thank you again, Kim, for everything!

I grew up in Orlando (yes, I was here before Disney!). Many years ago, I became a booking agent for vacation homes, which gave me the opportunity to hear firsthand what guests loved, what they wished for, and what truly made a vacation special.

When I created this vacation home, I used all of that experience to design a place where families can relax, reconnect, and make wonderful memories together. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen with guests in mind.

Unlike many vacation home owners who live out of state or even out of the country, I live right here in the Orlando area. That means I regularly visit the property, keep a close eye on everything, and work hard to ensure the home is always in top condition.

One of my favorite parts of hosting is continually making improvements and upgrades. There's nothing more rewarding than hearing that families had an amazing vacation and created memories they'll cherish for years to come.

I look forward to sharing my home with you and helping make your Orlando vacation truly unforgettable!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This is a very quiet community and you can hardly believe how close to the action you really are. The property has a HUGE pool - the biggest I have ever seen. It's 20 feet x 40 feet. The spa is also much larger than other vacation homes.

It has a completely private back yard on all sides not just the back like many other homes that advertise private back yards.

The TV on the back patio is extremely popular. Many guests comment that it was much more fun being able to swim and watch a show than they had thought.

この宿泊施設の特徴

⭐ Super Close to Disney – This community is about as close as you can get to Walt Disney World, making it easy to spend less time driving and more time enjoying your vacation.

🏊 Huge Pool & Oversized Spa – The pool is an incredible 20' x 40' and the spa is much larger than those found in most vacation homes. There's plenty of room for everyone to swim, play, and relax.

📺 Outdoor TV & Music Area – Enjoy your favorite shows, movies, sports, or music while relaxing by the pool or soaking in the spa. Guests tell us this is one of their favorite features!

🌴 Completely Private Backyard – Unlike many vacation homes, this backyard is private on all sides, giving you a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy with family and friends.

🛋️ Two Separate Living Rooms – Both living areas feature large-screen TVs, giving everyone space to spread out and enjoy their own entertainment.

🎱 Fun-Filled Game Room – Challenge family and friends to a game of pool or air hockey or relax in this private space.
