Located in INDIO, CA in the fantastic Terra Lago community, along a beautiful desert green belt and a serene 20-acre lake. So close to the Empire Polo grounds, and the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals, you are also just 5 min from Fantasy Springs Casino & 15 min to Agua Caliente Casino. New in 2023, private saltwater heated pool and spa. Inside, enjoy our fully-equipped air-conditioned game room with pool table and vintage MAME Arcade games. Luxury furnished bedrooms, with Smart HDTVs, and large LG OLED HDTV in main living room. Spacious bright well-stocked full kitchen and coffee station (drip & Pour-Over). We hope you enjoy a 5-Star epic stay in our #BellaTerraLago home!

We would love to host you in our spacious 3-bedroom home in Indio. It's in a very safe and clean HOA called, Terra Lago. It's just minutes away from the Fantasy Springs and Agua Caliente Casinos, and minutes to the Empire Polo Grounds... home for the world-famous Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. A short drive away, you have all the great things to do in Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and Joshua Tree National Park. A brand new heated saltwater private pool and spa has just been completed in November 2022 for you to enjoy!
