Fine. Pros: Host was kind and very responsive. Convenient location if you are in La Quinta.Cons: overpriced for quality and provided amenities. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the dispensers in the shower. Little hand soap throughout house. No trash bags or water or coffee provided. Linen and bath towels smelt/felt stale.

thanks for the information. It was an one night instantly booking, I wish the guest had let me know right away instead after almost two month later, so that I can follow up right away. When it is in a hurry situation, the cleaning lady may overlook things.

We stayed at this place during our stay for Coachella Music Festival. The location is great for close access to the festival. The host was nice and responsive to us and ensure us a smooth check in and check out during our stay. The place was clean and spacious. Unfortunately many things were not up to standard for the price we paid. The washer flooded the hallway when we tried to use it. The fridge drawer was broken and the closet door was detached when we got there. The place is ok but not as up-kept as we would’ve liked for the value.

I relocated through Vrbo support after arrival due to a non-functional central AC during 106F outdoor heat. This review reflects that abbreviated experience.Key Observations:Cooling Issues: With the central AC out, the host provided five portable units. After running for two hours, the indoor temperature remained at 87F close to 5:00 PM. One bedroom had no cooling source at all.Safety Setup: One portable AC was connected to a kitchen outlet via a long, standard extension cord rather than a high-capacity appliance cord.Host Response: Despite the 87F indoor reading, the host declined our initial request to cancel, suggesting we wait until after 7:00 PM for outside temperatures to drop. I spent five hours coordinating with Vrbo support to finalize a relocation.Maintenance: While the house was clean and matched the listing photos, the pool and spa surfaces show visible deterioration and need repair.Security & Location: Access is via physical keys rather than a digital keypad that changes per guest. The home is near Old Town La Quinta but a 10 minute drive from the Highway 111 corridor.Summary: While the home is visually accurate to the photos, the cooling setup was insufficient for the desert heat, and the resolution process was extremely difficult.
Cut cord to central AC. Soldered and no evidence of anyone recently there.

Sorry for this happened. The guest booked for a one night booking on Saturday 3-21-2026 and required an early check-in, The owner requested the cleaning lady came to clean the house in the early morning and aware the central air was not cool enough. The owner asked for an emergency service request for Air conditioning and the technician come right away and found out the coolant leak in the system and needed to be replaced with the whole new system. The technician told the owner He will try to do it in the that day but not sure the inventory availability from the equipment supply company. The owner informed the guest right away and for the save case, went to the house to install 5 portable air conditioning for in case if the technician could not make it that day. Each portable air conditioner covers 450 square feet space and it is more than the size of the house. Unfortunately, The equipment supply company could not deliver the equipment that day and have to be after the weekend.The owner also informed the next quest right away, the next quest came and have no complain about the portable air conditioning and appreciated the owner's effort to solve the unexpected situation practically and thanks for the brand new air condition system installed in couple of days.

Loved this property.. the home is so spacious and open! It was 110-118 so the pool was a little warm, but the kiddo enjoyed it! The A/C was amazing!! Host was quick at getting backbone to us!
