Pleasant stay and very clean

The house was very clean and neat. The only downfall of the place was the backyard. The backyard was not fenced in for the safety of kids and pets. Also the parking was very limited but overall a great environment and very clean house.

Family Vacation

This was a 5star home. Our host Val and Rodney was excellent. The home was equipped with everything you need for games (video/arcade) for the kids. All of the cooking utensils was provided. Even had bikes for a stroll through the neighborhood.

Thanksgiving Retreat

This home was a perfect choice. The pictures are lovely but the home is far more beautiful in person. It is clear that Cleanliness & sanitized surfaces are of the utmost importance. We have family in the area and the loft game area was perfect for the “adult children” staying with us to convene when visiting, while not disturbing my spouse & I downstairs. The outdoor areas were very comfy and felt private despite not having a fence. The neighborhood quiet hours made for a very peaceful surrounding. It is definitely a place we would look to rent again.

Beautiful time!

Everything was great and the owners were very responsive! My family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the game room! The area was really close to Orange Beach so we could hop over whenever we wanted! I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to be in the area!

Enjoyed my stay !

Val & Rodney’s home is beautiful! It is in a brand new community and is definitely a 5 star stay. The attention to detail, immaculately clean and superb communication made this a very comfortable and relaxing vacation..The game room was super fun! I highly recommend Val & Rodney’s lovely home for anyone traveling to the Perdido Key are. I will definitely return to this 5 star home!
