Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all outdoor umbrellas around pool.
Return corn hole bags to holding bag and hang on hook on patio
Return parking passes and let us know of anything needs repair.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool: Swim at your own risk- Supervise children No diving No pets in pool Large blue umbrellas are for pool use ONLY. Do not take to the beach.
Parking for 2 cars are allowed on the right side street. A parking pass must be displayed in the window. Leave pass upon departure.

The perfect getaway.

The property was very clean and fully stocked. We loved how it included chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach. Great communication from the host. Great location if you don’t mind a short walk or drive to the beach. Our family and friends had a blast visiting Flora-Bama. We would definitely stay here again.

After a period of travel and a few wonderful years living in Creede, Colorado, we eventually returned to Texas. Currently, we travel frequently between Louisiana and Florida, though our long-term goal is to retire amidst the beauty of Colorado.
