House was as described in the listing. It was comfortable and fit exactly what our group needed. Kitchen is well stocked. It is located in a nice neighborhood. There are some good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation rental. Location was perfect and easy to get to everything. There is a grocery store a few minutes away. Garage easily accommodated our two cars, nice to not have to park them in the street. Bedrooms were as described with comfortable beds, and lots of closet space. Property was very clean. Host was easily reachable and responsive, and check-in/out was a breeze.Negatives are very minimal, and in no way would discourage us from renting again. The upstairs bedrooms get extremely warm in the summer heat, but provided fans helped. Bedrooms could use additional window treatments, as some blinds were missing pieces and there were no curtains, so very bright in the morning.

Overall great property. Easy check in/out,Plenty of beds, towels, and space! Parking was easy and sufficient. There is a floor transition piece from the living room to the entryway that sticks up and will trip you! And a water spot on the dining room ceiling.

Stay in Louisville

We had a great stay in Louisville at Val’s property. I was in a great location, near the Kentucky Expo Center. Plenty of rooms and beds for our stay. The neighborhood was very cute with so many places to eat so close. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and great hosts

My family and I were in Louisville for a few days and this was a great place for us to call home away from home. Everything was great and we will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Great place for our Girls’ Getaway trip!

The house was nice and had everything we needed. The host was quite helpful and replied promptly to each of our questions to ensure we had the most comfortable stay.

Close to KY Expo Center

Nice property and great for anyone who wants to be near the Expo Center. Lots of street parking and use of the detached garage for parking as well. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

Family stay during NFAA tournament

The property was very nice, with plenty of room for our family of 8 and located in a nice area of town. We were able to get downtown in about 10 minutes. The backyard space was nice and set up well for hanging out. We definitely stay again next year.

Great little house

The house was just as the pictures showed. The neighborhood was great as we went for a walk and was close to convention center for games. We were short some towels and Val was quick to respond and bring some more towels for us. Great stay over all.
