Affordable Family Getaway- 90 minutes to Yellowstone

Giovanni, thank you for your concern about my VRBO. I'm deeply saddened that neither of us had a good experience this time. I truly pride myself in providing a five star experience for each and every one of my guests. I would like to think that during your stay you sincerely had a wonderful, well cared for place and I met all your hosting expectations. So much so that I accommodated your last minute request the night before you were checking out to extend your stay an extra day. I hope you enjoyed the freshly laundered bedding with chocolates left on your beds and the fresh clean scent from the moment you open the door. I'm glad you thoroughly enjoyed your welcome basket that I left for you as I do for all my guests. Unfortunately, the standard cleaning fee charged by my housekeeping staff does not include picking up soiled diapers left in the corners of several rooms, something brown smeared and dried into the basement carpet, cans of soda spilt and left on the carpet, bloody meat remnants in the fridge, picking up several games from all 2700 square feet of the house, or scrubbing grease from the vinyl siding, when we specifically requested the grill be moved away from the home and you agreed. I truly do want to provide each of our guests with a great experience which is why we provide a few extra things like a reclining sofa, foosball table, grill, and family games, and expect it to be in great shape for the next guest. Unfortunately, these items were not left in great shape. Once again, I'm sorry that these common courtesies were not made clear, and I appreciate the input to provide a better experience for future guests.
