Everything is close, Walmart, freeway, loads of restaurants, theatre, downtown... etc. you can even hop if the green belt about a mile away that goes down both sides of the beautiful snake river with bike paths, amazing landscaping, and the LDS temple. Melaleuca headquarters is nearby, as well as KYANI, and the INL Bus Transportation Site is just a half a mile away. EIRMC Hospital is 12 min away, and Shopping.

No smoking is allowed and will be fined if it occurs a minimum of $200.

Pets are allowed upon approval with deposit. Pets without approval will be fined $250 per pet. Please clean up after their leftovers outside, they are not allowed on furniture or beds. And must be kenneled if left home alone or at night.

The Elevator is not available. The entire main floor hosts the gathering spaces for family. including kitchen, gym, family room, bathroom, master suite/sauna, and a queen bedroom.
